- Fillers to the area around the mouth. The video demonstrates a serial bolus micro puncture technique with each injection delivering very small volumes of filler. The benefit of this technique is that it allows much more precise and controlled correction of the wrinkles, whilst avoiding the 'bottom heavy' look.
I had this done a few months ago and I'm so glad I did. The doctor also injected my chin area. It's so nice to have a chin now, without getting a chin implant.

how do you avoid tyndall effect when placing the filler superficially?
What if you have the smokers lines done , I have the lines but dont smoke, Im 58 , and they missed a line or 2 on the upper lip. its been 48 hours , can i go back and have her fill in the one or 2 lines that are still showing ,? It was a dermatoligist ,Or do I have to pay for it again? Or pay for just enough to do it?

Hi Darren, I love your videos, Thank you for sharing your knowledge, as a nurse practitioner myself I wondered do you use Volift Juvederm for the perioral lines and naso-labial, marionette lines ? or would you recommend another formula. Thanks in advance . Jenny
I sometimes use volift - but I also use volbella or ultra (or even voluma!) just depending on the patient.

Thanks so much... I've actually seen you on TV, and was hoping to come to the clinic, but I completely forgot where it was, so now I know... I just wanted to ask a few more if that's ok? The upper and lower eyelid removal thing you have on your website... does this means that this gets rid of dark circles? as an Asian women myself, I feel I really do suffer from this a lot, and so does my daughter?
Also what about under eye fillers, especially for older women? are fat transfer's better than fillers? and are there any side effects to this?
