In rallying the closest thing to the "pits" is the service park. The drivers visit it three times per day so the mechanics can work on the cars. There's loops of stages between each visit to the service park, where just the drivers and codrivers can work on the cars before the next stage starts, right in the middle of nowhere. Note that the service park tends to be located in cities while the stages (as said) tend to be in the middle of nowhere, so they have to drive lots of kilometers to go from one stage to another or to/from the service park; they may even need to drive thru the cities just as you would: ruclips.net/video/PTk1ocYcBUE/видео.html. It's not gravel tarmac, Montecarlo has only tarmac or snowy/icy tarmac... they are changing 2 slick tyres with 2 snow tyres, one from the front, and one from the rear. Like this, he has now in the front one slick and on snow, th same in the back but with opposite sides... it's a particular setup that drivers only use during montecarlo rally, because of the triky stages that have tarmac and snow mixed :)
time....just hammer them the fuck down and go. If you stretch a stud whatever the whole car gets totally rebuilt at the end of the day. These dudes aren't afraid to drive on 3 wheels either.

Ovviamente nel baule ne ha due solamente, quindi se fai caso, mette: a destra: davanti gomma da neve nuova, dietro ci mette la slick che aveva davanti a sinistra: davanti lascia gomma da asciutto e dietro monta gomma da neve nuova In questo modo si trova ad avere un assetto gomme "a croce" per avere almeno una gomma da neve sia davanti che dietro e non rischiare su una ps lunga che presenta tratti asciutti, tratti nevosi, ma anche ghiaccio... :)
luca martini sono fra una ps e l’altra, loro partono al mattino dall’assistenza con due gomme nel bagagliaio che si cambiano da soli durante i trasferimenti, all’assisteza successiva invece i meccanici gli daranno altre 6 gomme nuove...
Il mio commento potrebbe apparire fuori luogo, non vorrei dire ma Valentino Rossi avrebbe salutato una quindicina di volte... Ogier, grande antipatico!
Sono tifoso anch'io di Vale, sara pure antipatico ma devi ammettere che Ogier e un grande campione, ha vinto un campionato del mondo 2017 con una macchina inferiore alle altre. Quindi non è un brocco.

los corredores son corredores no mecanicos por eso tardan un monton en cambiar 4 llantas cuando los mecanicos al toque lo cambian
