In our first season in the Premier League we were the lowest value team by a serious margin, in our second season only one team had less value than us. This isn't a club where money has been poured in, this is a club where the access to funds has been spent incredibly wisely.
With a baller backing your club, I figure getting loans and some good faith point also helps a lot, even if the russian doenst spend as much, having that leverage helps
