After reissuing Second Annual Report a couple times, Fetish claimed the original plates had been destroyed (a rumor they manufactured), and created new plates for the Five Albums box set. In true noise fucker fashion, these new plates played both sides backwards, with the addition of orchestral music to Side B. The tracklisting on this video is the correct one, while that on the actual jacket/labels is listed in reverse order, as the tracks appeared on the original issues of S.A.R. This is ripped from my own copy (that came in the Five Albums box), so now you too can enjoy this landmark industrial masterpiece pressed backwards.
Another fun TG fact for you: Side A is in fact 8 different tracks, but because of the ambiguity of the tracklisting, most people think they're just variations on Slug Bait and Maggot Death. The "Live At" tracks are excerpts from what would become the TG "Live At..." tape series.
