Yeah. It reminded me of when I found out I had GAD instead of social anxiety I had felt such a relief and everything started to make sense and I was able to change my life

I also got diagnosed with ADHD this year and i wanted to tell everyone and them be like "omg no way" and then i would go and tell them how it all just makes sense but everyone was like "yeah, we knew'. hmmm thank you so much for never informing me on that.

Is detecting other people with ADHD a trait because I think I may have it, but I've also just recently started learning about the tunnel systems in the neurodivergent community, so I can't tell if I do have it or if I'm just bored. It took me less than two minutes to piece it together.

I really appreciate when content creators use their platforms to discuss mental health, especially their own experiences with it, because in all honesty we all have experiences with and some people may not even realize that what they’re going through IS depression, anxiety, or something undiagnosed. It just shows a very real and human aspect of the effects of social media on mental health.
I also wish all Ted talks were edited like this lmao
Something my mom would tell was "when you are alone and you don't feel like anyone cares, there is at least one person, just somebody who cares and loves you for who you are, and your never alone. There is always someone out there." It always made me feel better and i hope it does the same for you 😊

Jeremy, I am absolutely stoked that you're back! We all missed you dearly, and I am so very proud of you for finding and sticking to what genuinely helped you out of the emotional rut you've been struggling with.
We as humans have so much autonomy, and so mental health is JUST as important as physical health. Being your own person, you have the self-government to motivate yourself even more towards the path to betterment! :) And I think we all need that self motivating that during this trying time.
i’m so glad you shared this because i almost had the same experience summer of 2020 i was having panic attacks for no reason just in bed and i felt like i had no purpose and i wasn’t ever being productive anyways it just made me feel more validated and understood but i’m glad you’re doing better 😪
