It cuts off at the best part. Did anyone up there know the legend was stepping up?

I had the pleasure of living this man's life.
I was born in Holland in 1973 and when I started skating no one here new what we could do with a skateboard.
We where only a small group and we skated day and night in the streets, looking for spots and parking garages and we where always progressing.
    I miss those days...

I grew up skating and my style and view of skateboarding changed after I seen Lords of dog town and Jays style. This was probably when I was 12-13. I’m 26 now and I’ve been long done with skateboarding after a severe back injury. Everything is all about fame and money and social media popularity. It’s funny to watch lords of dog town and remember what it was was for me back then and even more so in Jay Adams time. There is a type of spark I don’t think I’ll ever experience again being young and dumb. I miss it and I don’t want to grow up.
