Thats what you got when you allow guns all people in the US own a gun and murder is a normal thing there here guns are illegal only the police and the army have guns and in some cases security guards but not all the people. the only way to stop all these killings is to make guns illegal for citizens and allow them only with a special permit now everybody can buy a gun as use it as he or she pleases in a argument or what ever. So its no wonder that the US is considered as the most dangerous country on the globe even the police shoot you over a traffic violation that sick

Oh he knew that his son was going to do something, especially since they had a meeting at the school the day of the shooting with a warning from the school that their son was a danger to others. They left him at the school saying they didn't want to miss work. Ethan's parents were charged too and are both behind bars
Think that's the first time I've ever heard of the parents of a killer getting charged for crimes due to their negligence and allowing their child to commit crimes of his own. It's sad that this doesn't happen more often when child negligence is clear as day.

This is why I think I would never give a victim impact statement. I watch a lot of trials & I never see any remorse on their faces. I feel like, in a way, they enjoy hearing the victims' families' pain.
In psychology its not that simple, while some of them may be be real psychos with no remorses, I think also some can be in a dissociation mode. It means like a part of your brain shut down and another part takes over, which sometimes give the feeling that they have no remorse, but sometimes it's just how the brain works, like it doesnt know how to deal with that and completely shut down. (Don't get me wrong, if you are a murderer, you deserve your sentence and idgaf about them being sad, just wanted to give a psychological insight). Dissociation also works for example when you are in a really stressful situation, like if you arrive on an accident and see blood or horrible things everywhere : while some people might panick and be horrified, some "dissociate" and they can keep their calm because the emotional part of the brain completely shut down. It's really common with people working in emergency fields.

There was a inpromptu (sp) parent/principal/student meeting AT THE SCHOOL THAT DAY. Long story short, the parents claimed they couldnt get him a counseling apt that day & they both HAD to go back to work so he was sent back to class. @@MissPjulie yes, there is cause and effect. There is a reason for everything. But understanding the reason does not mean ignoring the outcome. Society just can’t afford it. Also, it’s time society is honest. What is prison? Is it a tool for punishment and retribution (punitive) or a place for rehabilitation? These interests often compete. When society has an opportunity to decide what gets more funding, we always choose jail cells instead of therapy and social programs. And when it is time to punish someone, what does the public scream for: punishment or leniency. The truth is, society does not care what you’ve been through or how you’ve suffered. Society will pretend to offer little programs to “help” prisoners, but this is because we want to look civil. But we don’t care who uses the program, who has access, whether it works or if it even has money. We prefer to build jails.

This is why I think I would never give a victim impact statement. I watch a lot of trials & I never see any remorse on their faces. I feel like, in a way, they enjoy hearing the victims' families' pain.
its your choice but a victim impact statement almost always hardens the case and punishment for the perpetrator
Luckily I don't have to make that choice for now anyway
It's not for that it's for the victim to attempt to find closure with court.... not to make the murder feel bad.
I'm sure the demon inside of them does enjoy hearing all their pain.

I think something fishy about why the kid that killed his mom won't give the reason and that the father wants him back in his custody, and what happened to the baby, and why dad isn't concerned about of he does get his son back ,that his son might flip out on him🤔
The defendant’s journal reads
KNO3 flares = potassium nitrate flares, can be homemade, burn hot and bright with noxious fumes, mostly illegal
Those kids were smart picking up the verbage knowing he wasn't sheriff but Ethan and escaped through the window. Very smart.
They have had training every year since they started school... sadly sadly our children understand way more than they ever should have to
It was the sheriff though. Look it up.
People need to understand you can’t always blame the parents for their parenting. The nurturing aspect doesn’t always make a difference. Some kids are just born monsters.
Hiccup girl. What happened to her hiccups once she became a criminal? They just magically went away?
Jacob morgans parents should be charged as well. He mentally didnt have capacity to take care of a child if he was obsessed with fire
The first clip shows a parent giving an impact statement that is more disturbing than anything Ethan Crumbley said in court.
That's why the crumbles parents are now serving one year sentences family of the year
They're actually serving 15 year sentences and they deserve every single year. It takes another level of not caring to be that negligent towards your child.
This has to do with parents often too. Sadly I know all too well within my own psycho family
RIP innocent victims 😢 It's mad world 😢

At 9:26 you notice how his physical response to what he is saying contradicts the words. He says he’s sorry for what he’s done and his body is trying to correct the feeling and he’s shaking his head. He really isn’t sorry at all.
Yup. It’s a common tell with liars.
They are not grown up adults
at first.
2.
Some of them were the victims first!
There were children too!
They were bullied for years and no one helped them, and no one saw their pain or suffering, or their negative psychological development because of it...!
So why do you expect
they were such explosive or cold-blooded murders?!
For no reason?
The reason is not always the same!
Some of them were actually innocent children, who were sentenced or forced to commit murder.
Now,
Sentencing them to life imprisonment is not justice.
That too is cruel.
They need and deserve a second chance, psychological help and therapy in prison etc.
to have the chance to be a better person for future,
but not to be in prison forever until death?
That too would be inhumane.
They are still children.
Yes, these young people, or some of them still children, have made a big mistake, but not because they were born as natural killers.
These children were ignored and previously tormented by teachers, adults, parents, or other classmates!
No one noticed her great suffering, or perhaps it was even deliberately ignored?
These children were the real victims first, before everything escalated,
and they went completely crazy and only then became angry gunmen!
Sometimes the actual victims are turned into perpetrators or are driven to do so.
Everything is not always as it seems!
These initially innocent children were first made sick before they developed into real murderers.
Or do you get sick and are born a murderer?
First you have to work on society before you condemn and punish children so mercilessly harshly up to death!
That's not fair. And Not a Solution.
Even if they also destroyed entire families afterwards, which is a terrible result of that.
But they too were initially innocent children!
You also have to consider that,
and take into account when punishing,
the fact that for some people it wasn't their own fault that they were driven to murder?!
Punishment has to be, for some harder, for some less, depending on the situation!
But a just and humane and meaningful punishment for children and adolescents, but not for life or death!
this comment doesn't need to be on EVERY comment. This one especially. Stop it
they don't have any remorse at all ..they cried for them selfs

I did a double take on it.. Like dude your 15.
"fortunally"
They all should never ever be aloud out of prison. 😠 😡 😤 😣 XLX
Why keep them in jail waste of food water tax payers money goes to waste
I guess I don't get it. Why should these killers get to keep on living?
Ethan was in a psychiatric crisis. As a psychiatric Registered Nurse I know what I see. He wasn't crazy though. They are significantly different. Playing the "NUT ROLE" doesn't work like it used to. These judges finally caught on!😡😡😡😡
Who buys there kid a gun at that age that’s just pure crazyness !! And the kid who started the fire should have never been alone with a baby if he was autistic !!
Jennifer Mee only wanted attention. Like girl where were your "hiccups" during the interview after your crime and at court? 😂😂
Um they probably went away after all those years......
First thing I noticed , she wanted the attention well she’s definitely got it now
They made too many excuses for the first teen.
I felt their terror when i heard him say bro 😮
Ethan Crumbley cried for help in the best way he could and no one listened. Disgusting. If he had gotten help sooner, he wouldn't be in the mess he's in. Sad. He probably still needs help. I hope he's getting the help he needs regardless of being in jail for life. I think the "God, why didn't you stop it" was him asking why his parents didn't stop him sooner 😢 💔
Agreed. He had "help me" on his drawings but no one cares about that part. Don't get me wrong, he needs to be wheres he is now for following through, but he was crying out in so many ways and so many times
FL Kid who deleted his mom over 46 times need life without parole
16,00 If he knew what is waiting for him in the jail, then in the place of laughing in the court he was crying and asking for help!! Because the jail can be a hell for prety boys like him!
He’s so pretty
What does 16,00 mean? Nobody knows you POS.
As I've said MANY times, that's not always true. Several of them prove themselves to be worse than some of the ones in prison already.
@@reyganbriggs6785 What’s interesting about (you people)....those defending young prisoners, & your alcoholism is that just a few years before the infamous potato famine, Ireland was the site of a massively successful temperance campaign led by the noted Catholic priest, Theobald Mathew. So successful was this campaign that between 1838 and 1841, their national alcohol consumption was cut in half.
Who
They are always very powerful when they hide behind the gun.
These are some simple minded as young people nowadays to
Even though some did apologize doesn't mean they really are. None of them should even get out of prison, they all are a danger to society.
TEACH YOUR CHILDREN NOT TO BULLY.... You see the impact bullying has upon someone 😢
