Time flies! I was 22 when you made this lesson. I was young, living it up, playing guitar, drinking and partying. Now I'm 37 and I've been sober for 10 years but I'm still playing guitar and Oasis still gives me that magical feeling like it always has. Just to think...your daughter was a baby and now she all grown up... Amazing! I hope you're doing well and life has been good to you.
Iv'e been playing guitar for years now, but I always appreciate when people does tutorials like this, it just make things easier. Thanks bro, awesome work
one of the best guitar tutors on line. shame you haven't posted nothing in a while, I for one really appreciate your time and effort you put into each tutorial.
You're clearly the best Oasis tutor on the net, a really entertaining chap to listen to aswell. i Enjoyed so much watching and learning from this tutorial, Thaanks!! :D Cheers from sweden
Oasis is my favorite band and your lessons are my favorite on youtube! Im now up to 5 oasis tracks ive learned solely from your vids. Eventual goal is to be able to play the entire discography and i think your vids will help me with a ton of them!
Great job. Been trying to play the actual chords and was a mate. I knew Noel would be in some kind of constant shape and I couldn’t figure it out. Cracked after 5mins with your help!! Thanks man. Jay UK.
Thanks for all your tutorials! They help me a lot! Although, what I really have a hard time is to figure out the right strumming pattern. Could someone post the Ups and Downs ? That would be really great
Just found this tutorial. Although I could play this already I hadn't kept the first and 4th fingers planted like that. Always nice to learn another way thank you.
Who knows? There may have been an exchange of information, one influenced the other ... who knows? What really matters is that they are two great albums from two great bands, with two great composers ... Music is life! Cheers! Hugs to you Peter, hugs to you Kurt!!!
Hey dude nice tutorial, I'm a huge fan of your tutorials but I'm a real newbie on the guitar so, can you post the rhythm that you are using on this song? I really tried to get this just by hearing but it's too hard for me :( Cheers from Brazil!
Nice video and tutorial, but one thing, when you said "Clearly Noel has borrowed very heavily from Richard Ashcroft in this song, it sounds very similar to The Drugs Don't Work". Be here Now, was released before The Drugs Don't work was!
Thanks a lot Man! There are so many mistakes in the versions I found earlier on the web... I like how Noel incorporates these extra notes that keeps rolling all through his songs; In this one, the high E and G... In 'Wonderwall' the high D and G... etc. You got this one right man! (Maybe I should post my own videos of song transcriptions...) :)
oh i don't think so, i mean it's not a BRILLIANT song bu it's not bad at all, i don't know if you ever heard the acoustic vrsion with andy bell and liam, it's nice to play acoustic :)
Thanks for the tutorials I bought this guitar yesterday it sounded great but it had a few scratches on it as it was the one people play when their in the shop so I brought it back and got a new one but it dont sound the same is this just the strings someone please help
I tried with both versions, 4th fret capo and this one. I think this one sounds better, more natural, Can I get the chords? I got the idea but my memory sucks!! thanks a lot in advance

@Brython69 i think its better if u learn that by the ear, is not hard
yeah maybe. Be Here Now was released only one month before Urban Hymns.... so who knows? :-)
Why do you play it on the 3rd fret sometimes? Is it like a special version?

Thanks bro...
Tune your high E string to G and let your pinky relax 😎
yes he is
think i grab my guitar and play this classic tune
thank man....
the best :)
so the strumming pattern goes like:
Dx-xx-Dx-xU-xU-Dx-Dx-DU
right?
Woow
@prankstare Both. :-)
Is your guitar an epiphone or a Gibson
Its a Darude - sandstorm
It's Epiphone, you can tell because on the truss rod cover is says "EJ" which stands for Epiphone Jumbo, look up the Epiphone J-200CE in sunburst
I think the "that one" chord is a sort of strange Dm Chord?!?!?
Excume...which are chords? :D ... I want to play it!
