This method didn't work for me but after many attempts of trying, I found a solution that worked.
1. Uninstall Photoshop
2. It will give you the option to keep or delete the preferences. Delete the preferences
3. Re-download it again
Also, I couldn't hear you very well because of the mic quality. Either subtile the video or invest in a better microphone.

Another solution, please try, it work on my photoshop.
If your graphics processor is detected by NVIDIA or another graphic card, but still not working, maybe just need tick a box.
My version: PS 2022 64bit
1. Open photoshop
2. Select EDIT
3. Select TECHNOLOGY PREVIEWS
4. Tick ✅️DEACTIVATE NATIVE CANVAS
(Please read the description on this selection)
5. Restart your photoshop.

My photoshop sometimes stops working it can save the file and everything, but I cant zoom in our out. Like the panel gets disabled and I have to restart the programm to fix it.. any suggestions?

I dont have a dedicated GPU and that tool works. Well, until now, apparently that tool decided to stop working for no reason....and I don´t see any "enable openGL" box in perdormance.

Turns out the issue was the graphics card. It doesn't support Open GL
