Yooooo What's up Everyone!? Wishing my RUclips fam a very Happy Holiday as we get ready for 2020; I got a feeling it's going to be an awesome year!! On a personal note: I know a lot has changed on the channel, and I've done a pretty poor job keeping you all in the loop, but I promise I will bring you all up to speed soon! To be honest, I'm still trying to working it all out myself... For now, just know I'm not going anywhere (even though my video releases have slowed down) and I'm more committed than ever to bringing you all fun videos to keep the stoke alive year around! Thanks for the best 3 years of my life so far, and here's to Living Free, Riding Hard, and Getting Stoked in 2020!! 🥳
I just found Seth and your channels last month and now am trying out biking for the first time. I am 43, and the last time I was on a bike was when I was 14. Your videos have inspired me to go out and buy a Trek Marlin 6 just to pedal around on for exercise and fun. Now my wife wants one, so through inspiring me you can add 2 more new people you have gotten interested and joined the hobby. Thanks for the entertaining videos (We really enjoyed both channels takes on the bike packing excursion) Keep up the good work!
Jordan Boostmaster you should soooooo get Alex to join you in Costa Rica in February!!!!!! My best friend Matt Mooers my best friend and the best mtb’er to shred with ever!!!!
Dude it isn’t just the Seattle community... The mountain biking community is always the best. They r always welcoming new riders, helping a stranger out, and just over all here at people. It continue to impress me how welcoming the community is and just how helpful they are to beginners!
Alex please come back to RUclips. Your videos are what got me into mountain biking. Seeing how stoked you get riding motivated me to get a bike and try out mountain biking. I hope wherever you are right now, you are doing okay and staying stoked. Can't wait for the next video man! P.S. Hoping that it is vlog style like your old videos. I know you have these on your patreon but I am can still hope lol
I see you too cannot resist the temptress that is Washington wild blackberries. That mountain soil is amazing. I'm glad you finally got to experience Duthie Hill. It truly is an amazing park.
Currently deployed and many thousands of miles away from my bike and those wonderful trails. Content like this keeps me going and is such a great reminder of why I love riding so much and a reminder of what's waiting for me when I return.
@@mexa_t6534 You think mountainbiking requires dedicated parks to it? Please, do tell what drugs you take, because that's just some fallacious bullshit.
Im a 11 year old biker but recently ive been diagnosed with thyroid due to this i cant ride with my pals so these videos are like a rush of adrenaline for me thank you
Yo Alex, hope everything's going well for you man! I think the world could use some of your stoke right now! Even just a little live stream or something, it'd be great to get some of that patented sampler energy going on! Stay healthly man!
The peace full humbleness of your videos and of you character made me subscribe. After over a year of watching your vid. I can confirm that it helped me gain a new skill and I have been lucky enough to teach my family MTB
Duthie is where I learned so he is 100% correct. Once I was comfortable with Duthie I expanded out to Tiger, Darrington, Galbraith Bellingham, and of course Stevens Pass which is just great DH fun. Glad you had a great time up here in the PNW. The MTB ocmmunity is a solid community up here. Awesome video man. Keep them coming.
As a person who lives in Portland, Oregon I can definitely say this video made me so happy. Someone from outside of our area came and enjoyed our area. In Oregon we have the gorge and Mt. Hood. They both have vastly different flora and fauna. The gorge is more wet and has more dark shades. The Mt. Hood area has softer dirt and more of like where you were in this video. In the summer, the Ski Bowl area has some awesome mountain biking trails.
That really is the best part about riding in Seattle. You don't have to drive far at all to get to some awesome trails. Hell I take my bike to work sometimes because Duthie Hill is only like 15 minutes away. During the summer when it gets dark at like 9, that's plenty of time to ride. Even after working a full day. That place is so cleverly built. It's awesome and the Seattle area doesn't get nearly enough love on RUclips
Alex you are living my life dream 100%!!! That's all I've ever wanted to do, travel around & just enjoy nature while riding my bike & making great friends along the way. You sir, are my idol!!!

About a year ago I was watching regularly (when you were learning doubles back east). Popping back in it’s awesome to see how you progressed...also to see you on our local trails in WA. Keep it up man! 🤙🏼
You and your videos have progressed incredibly! I love the scripted monologue. It is very heartfelt. POV with simple hooting is not so compelling to watch. I have not seen you for a few months now. I hope you are able to put out more videos.
Loving the production level of these new videos, but I have been missing the ole STS, more frequent, simpler videos. I will always watch, for sure, because of the genuine stoke that you bring to your work. It has been a lot of fun watching the channel grow. Thank you, happy holidays and keep on riding.
So awesome to see that you rode on Tiger Mountain! I helped build part of a mountain bike trail up there with Northwest Youth Corps back in 2018! Great video as always. Cheers!
Thanks for sharing some light on our area! It's crazy to think but you only saw about 1/2 of what is here near Seattle! Looks like you got to see some of the old 27 trails too judging by some of the clips. On your next trip Tokul is a must visit! There is also some proper GNAR shuttle trails about 15 minuets east of Ragging River.
I live in Seattle area and ride Tiger weekly. It’s interesting to see so many of the MTB RUclipsrs making the trip to ride my local trails and to hear how great they are. Great content. Thanks.

I'm so glad you got to check out Duthie, Alex! This park has helped me progress from my first mtb rides (mostly in the saddle) to shredding OTG blind over the course of 9 short months. Hope to see you back in the PNW someday!
Duuuuuude I'm in Las Cruces NM and we are still riding every day here, but what we dont have is a place like Doolie, that place looks amazing! They are lucky indeed to havea place like that to progress. Thanks for showing us brotha.
Thank you for the view of Duthie and Tiger. Two places i definitely want to ride as i progress and improve. Unfortunately none of my friends are into mountain biking as i have become so i need to meet people and gain friends to bike with and learn from.

Great video with great vibes. I am getting back into mountain biking with my 9 year old sun. Building trails in our back yard. Maybe one day you and Seth can come to PA. Great videos keep it up.
Hey Alex I have missed you soooo much! I still love your channel with a passion. Your attitude about life just makes me so happy! But seriously I am so happy to see you on here again. I hope you had a fun time with your dad and I hope he is doing well :) God bless sweety I can't wait for more videos!!! Your amazing!
Surprised it wasn't raining! I'm a few hours south. The terrain is usually pretty slippery with all those roots! Definitely lots of pushing and watching out for trees and stumps. I like mt Hood ski bowl in the summertime for biking.

It kills me I don't have the scratch for patreon, but I'm so happy when your video roll out on RUclips. I've been working hard with a company to help riders spend more time riding and I can only hope that some how I can garner a millionth of the influence you have!
Hell yeah! You got some of the good stuff out here, but there is so much more to ride! If you keep going up at raging instead of dropping in to poppin tops you can climb more and get to No Service, Invictus, etc.. There is also the newly sanctioned former loamer Physical Therapy up there as well as some 'other' trails I'm sure you'd enjoy. Tokul which you've ridden has some sick new trails that just opened up. Darrington further north has shuttlable DH. And of course Steven's bike park. Feel free to come on back, I saw some good people I know in the vids and they can give you the goods.
Hi Alexander ! A simple word to tell you that we (girlfriend and I) love your video quality: images, sound and best spot to shoot Thank you so much and good continuity.. be happy 😁!
Awesome video! I live in the areas but as you can see I'm a roadie. Just getting serious about mtb a year ago. Channel like yours and others made me keep going even I'm at midlife already. Thanks 👍
I’m SOOOOO happy you uploaded... for a while there me and my dad got worried that you got hurt... or worse yet got a girlfriend that made you grow up!😆 HAPPY TO HAVE YOU BACK!
Even though I miss the 2-3 vids a week, this new format is growing on me especially this vid! Scenery is so sick! The commentary and the different vid angles makes it that much more awesome! Quantity over quality.....Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you! 🤘🏻👊🏻
Dude, you don't put the videos out that regularly, but boy are they great when you do!! Awesome video and what a great community of riders!! Keep up the good work and looking forward to more of your antics in 2020!! Happy New Year, Alex. 🤟
Who on earth would click dislike? Alexander, love your vids. I am from the PNW, unfortunately I didn't start riding mountain bikes until long after I left. I miss home and definitely need to head back and do some riding there!
Alex your jumping skills have really come along. How about trying to jump the Train Gap between Whistler and Pemberton. That would make a KILLER video.
Man I’m so proud of what your doing with this channel. Taking things to a whole new level. Been watching since the dirt bag Mazda days. Your skills on the bike and the editing have grown leaps and bounds.
Happy New Year Alex! Thanks for spreading the stoke. Can't wait to hear what you're up to in the coming year. Your videos always get me stoked to ride, and about life in general :)
Great to see another video. I have been eagerly waiting my dude. I hope you've been well and happy. Thanks for the cool vid and can't wait for the next.

"Down a trail neither of us has any idea about.... this'll be... spicy.."
Flamenco Guitar comes in.... lol
Love your editing man keep it up.
Exactly what I was thinking. You need weeks to pack every trail into a trip!
Great edit STS! Where did you go bro ? No edits since this one? Hope to see to see some new stuff in the near future!
Love seeing the local trails highlighted. Great job!
Hi Alexander ! A simple word to tell you that we (girlfriend and I) love your video quality: images, sound and best spot to shoot Thank you so much and good continuity.. be happy 😁!

Awesome video, Alex (as usual) !! Looking forward to your future adventures !
Alex your jumping skills have really come along. How about trying to jump the Train Gap between Whistler and Pemberton. That would make a KILLER video.
Nice video man! Can't wait to see more next year, let's ride again for sure if you ever come back around Napa area & hang with Brian!
This was so wholesome. Now I’m definitely making a trip out there with my ride buds.

I was starting to wonder what happened to you as I haven't seen a video from you in awhile. Glad to see you're still crushing it!!!
Great to see another video. I have been eagerly waiting my dude. I hope you've been well and happy. Thanks for the cool vid and can't wait for the next.
Your videos are great man, I started mountain biking because of your stoke for mtb about 1 1/2 ago when I discovered your channel I’ve been out for a while due to injury and fitness but this vid makes me wanna get my bike back out and shred ! Ps hello from Australia 🇦🇺
Hell yes Alex! Thank you for that friggin' awesome video! Sooo glad I'm a Patreon subscriber so you can keep inspiring me. Really. Thanks! Happy new decade "bro"? Regardless. Thank you for living free, riding hard and getting stoked. I, appreciate you!
