(Isaiah 53:4) We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all. (Isaiah 53:6) Yet it was the LORD's will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the LORD makes his life a guilt offering, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the LORD will prosper in his hand. After the suffering of his soul, he will see the light of life and be satisfied ; by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities. (Isaiah 53:10-11) Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors. (Isaiah 53:12) Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. (Philippians 2:6-7) And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death-- even death on a cross! (Philippians 2:8) Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11)
The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world. (John 1:9) The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned. (Isaiah 9:2) As it is written: "There is no one righteous, not even one; " (Romans 3:10) for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, (Romans 3:23) Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned. (Romans 5:12) For the Son of Man came to seek and to save what was lost. (Luke 19:10) Jesus answered them, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance." (luke 5:31~32) For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, (Ephesians 2:14) For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16) For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. (John 3:17) This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. (1 John 4:10) This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. (1 John 4:9) For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-- (Ephesians 2:8) But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ. (Mattew 7:7) For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. (Mattew 7:8) Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?" (John 11;25~26)
