Excellent video man, very inspirational. I moved to Bulgaria last year by myself at the age of 20 to study medicine and have been slowly building better habits to improve my life but still have a long way to go. All the best for your channel.
It's interesting how both weights and calisthenics have their unique benefits. Respect is definitely earned in both camps! Mixing both is the best you can do in my opinion to get all the benefits from both styles of training. Especially for legs... Calisthenics sucks at building legs

Better only push-ups than nothing. But for real, you still can do a lot. There are endless variations of push-ups, so it'll never become too easy, besides push-ups there are also so many variations of squats to train legs. And gymnastic rings are bloody cheap
It's a vest from Decathlon, pretty good one because you can add more weights in there. Personally, I put additional weight plates inside so now it's 16,25kg in total. I think I can even get it to 17 or 18 kg
Of course. There's no age limit to exercising and getting strong. Most of my coaching clients are 30-40+ years young and they go hard because they know it improves life a lot no matter your age
congrats bro, but i have differnet goals nowadays. i hope you have fun in what you are doing and you enjoy it. looks impressive. but the body eventually will fail us and if you define yourself over our body. it will lead to heavy pain. been there. need to let go.
