Que de putain de souvenir de ouf , j’ai adoré autrefois dans les années 93 , j’avais 20 ans à l’époque , la vie a bien changer depuis , je vient d’avoir 49 ans , et je me suis remis à écouter Sepultura, Arise , et tout le reste ,,, j’en frissonne , sa fait tellement longtemps, mais putain de Dieu , toujours aussi bon . Perso je préférai le groupe avec Max , ensuite je suis plus tôt parti dans une vie de couple , enfant . Mes depuis 15 ans je suis un Grand dans de Rammstein , j’ai étais les voirs 7x , et les 2 derniers à Ostende , a 20 km de chez moi , je vous explique même pas …. Bonne soirée , et sa fait plais de voir que notre zic existe encore ❤

In my opinion, Sepultura's best song is Desperate Cry (From Arise Album as well)
It has very thrashy parts, awesome riffs, but it's longer, more complex, with a way better solo
But i agree that either Arise or Desperate Cry are some of the best thrash songs of al time

Justice was a heavy album for sure, but you had death metal bands like Morbid Angel recording in 88 and releasing Altars of Madness in ‘89. There was definitely much heavier stuff out around this time, but it was so underground. Also, the thrash community wasn’t too gung ho for the heavier music movement at first

No band can match sepultura's aggressiveness, brutality and perfect voice. Slayer is good but compared to sepultura it sounds weak.

100% agree. Definitely a top tier guy that gets overlooked so often. Although there are probably better drummers out there Iggor and Lombardo are two of my favorites. They beat the drums like their lives depend on it.

Very few bands manage to be so tight in their playing yet so ferocious. The energy and angst is like a punk band, but some of the best technical playing from any metal band

Este disco es bestial en todos sus aspectos, sonido , producción , composición , potencia , años dorados de los autenticos Sepultura.
En mi opinión este disco tiene más elementos de Death Metal que de Thrash, una banda con un estilo unico.
No olvides también la mezcla de Hardcore/Punk y elementos de la música Industrial (el intro de Dead Embryonic Cells lo pone de ejemplo).
Los verdaderos Sepultura, ahora son los Covertura.

Me and my friends used to play this album and '...and justice for all' at our arts club as kids in the 90s.
We were good little kids painting while listening to thrash.
The leader didn't mind, we brought our own casette player and speaker.
This album is still BADASS!! Arise is one of the Baddest songs ever created... I believe it was 1990 when my buddy's older co-worker (Tim) pulled into work cranking this album and I immediately walked over to him and asked who sings that? He replied Sepultura and they're from Brazil.. I was shocked;
I only thought the US had Metal especially Hard Metal that was right up there with SLAYER!!!
