Also I watched your timing video and so all you need to do to time the valves and setup the Vanos is the timing tools and the process that you performed in the video? Thanks!
Yes I sent the heads to a machine shop. Didn’t replace valve springs, just valve stem seals. And yes that is the procedure, follow the TIS to a tee and you’re good!
