Doesn't it depend on the size and thickness of the meat? I think the other question is will the Spider Venom close down the vents and try and lower the temperature after the meat probe has reached the ideal temperature for long enough? Or will it just send alerts?

It’ll send alerts to your phone if you set a target temp.
