Hi Kathy, I have a Brother Entrepreneur Pro 1050X and purchased the fast frames, when I do a trace of the design where the camera selected it shows that it goes clear over outside of the frame and then to the middle of my center point, I called and the fast frame place and she said I had to lie to the machine and select the largest hoop size, well it still will not work, what am I not doing? Do you have a video of this for me to watch? Thanks
