Thing is everyone is different. While something is good for most people, it can be aweful for another. Generally speaking walnuts are an excellent source of protein and essential oils, but some people are allergic to it and it can kill them. They just happen to have an autoimmune disease known commonly as allergy, severe allergy.
Red meat is not inflammatory if organic and prepared correctly. Oily fish such as salmon does Supply Omega 3 but it needs to be correctly sourced as may contain mercury and arsenic should be wild and not farmed
The issue with red meat organic grass fed and finshed or not is the saturated fat. Its best to only eat in moderation say once maybe twice a week max. Too much saturated fat causes Coronary artery disease.
Just to clarify, the reason something is anti-inflammatory is because inflammation is heat, and these are eatable highly conductive materials. All fruits and vegetables have huge heat storage capacities, test it out yourself. Place a piece of fruit or something like a cucumber in the fridge for 10min. Then hold it in your hand nd see how long it takes to get warm. You'll be waiting for hours. Just clarifying so that you guys truly understand why certain foods are anti-inflammatory. I wouldn't class grains as anti-inflammatory as they literally have hardly to no heat storage capacity.
You are GROSSLY incorrect! Chemical reactions from the ingredients in the foods we eat are a root cause of inflammation. Our bodies aren't metal machines that need heat sinks, their comprised of many many living things that make variable amounts of different chemicals that create reactions in our bodies to digest food, make tissues and regenerate cells. Controlling the reactions via the intake of minerals and elemental particles can change the reaction to produce less inflammation. CALORIES are what creates heat and is a unit of measurement specifically for heat produced while being burned (chemically).
Red meat is only inflammatory based on what they are fed. If they are fed corn or gmo’s then there is mixed studies. Grass fed and no gmo’s then meat is not inflammatory. Same goes for farm raised fish vs wild caught. Farm raised fish eat corn which changes omega 3’s to omega 6’s. Omega 6’s are inflammatory. PFAS free is important as well!
Too lazy and too ignorant to acknowledge this. And by the look of the number of likes your comment got everyone else here is also towing the line. What's next to blame on red meat? Global warming, oops I mean climate change. Its crazy how the temperature just started changing on the earth 30 or so years ago. I guess thats when God introduced cows.
Go DIY a grounding mat, pillow or sheet yourself and drink with metal cup connect to earthing, it's good for almost all health problems including inflammation.
I agree with most of what she said except the red meat and saturated fat part. Red meat is okay in moderation, but you want to stick with 100% grass fed which has a higher omega 3 fatty acid profile. It’s the grain fed red meat (factory GMO grain fed cows) that you want to avoid which has a higher Omega 6 fatty acid that causes inflammation. Now on to my beef with what she said about saturated fat. Saturated fat is good for your body, and you want to replace carbs & sugar with saturated fat. The only type of fat you want to avoid is Trans fat, which comes from ALL vegetable oils (canola, sunflower, safflower, grapeseed, peanut, and corn) that are all highly processed and GMO. Basically avoid all fried foods going out to eat because all restaurants use these cheap oils to deep fry in. This will 100% cause chronic inflammation within your body.
Saturated fat can cause Coronary artery disease which I now have. It's very important to keep this as low as possible unless you want heart disease, stroke, or clogged arteries.

Honestly, who wants to eat this S--- every day. I tried the med diet and it was fine...if you don't like to taste anything or eat what tastes like horse manure. I'll just deal with a little inflammation every now and then.
#1) herbs and spices
#2) extra virgin olive oil, nuts and seeds
#3) spinach, kale, arrugula
#4) berries
#5) fatty fish
Reduce your stress and this will help you to eat healthier and you will sleep well. Body and mind are one. Think about it!
Great point, Great comment.
100%. Stress is the root cause of all chronic diseases.
Uhh guhhh nooo most lazy people that are good at not stressing are grabbibg the worst food. I bet you csnnot prove that correlation.
Most oils have high omega 6:3 ratio. For example, grapeseed oil has 697:1 omega 6 3 ratio which is highly inflammatory.
DRINK A LOT OF WATER. and drink WATER WITH CITRUS !!! stay healthy
Drink green juice
Basically if it tastes good it causes inflammation
You can have beer at least, shame it's not with a steak though

Thanks for the information
Good quality pastured grass fed red meat is high in Omega 3 and is not inflammatory, is also nutrient dense
Thank you
Hello from South Africa xxx
Red meat is not inflammatory if organic and prepared correctly.
Oily fish such as salmon does
Supply Omega 3 but it needs to
be correctly sourced as may contain mercury and arsenic
should be wild and not farmed
I am surprised oatmeal was not on this list.
What about Ginger?
Cousin of turmeric helps with digestion
Excellent

negative. old paradigm. Dietary saturated fat does officially does not cause CAD, but fat in your bloodstream does.

Perfect explanation.. More useful than the video itself
Confused .. if they store heat they are anti inflammatory.. but fruit in the fridge take forever to heat up . So the keep cold longer?
Lol

I had to give up raw leafy greens, even though they are very healthy, because I suspect they may have been causing sinus inflammation.
What did you replace them with?
