About the new Patient Zero Campaign:
After the routine elimination of a target, a contingency plan to unleash a global pandemic is triggered and Agent 47 must race against the clock to prevent a virus from spreading. This four-mission campaign spans different locations in the game, each one re-worked from the original settings with new gameplay opportunities, disguises, characters, challenges, gameplay mechanics, AI behaviour and HUD elements. Bangkok, Sapienza, Colorado and Hokkaido look and feel completely different with a new time of day and new custom music created by the composer for Season One, Niels Bye Nielsen.

I always find it funny when that happens. I had it happen in Colorado in Hitman 2, when I flashbanged two guards to steal the ATV.

Thank you SO much. I am so happy to be down with Patient Zero in Hokkaido. I dialed so many times and when the Silent Assassin rating popped up on my screen, I was so happy.

considering the virus and how contagious it is ... I think I'll try to put the incinerators to good use as well if I were the agent, gotta make sure that it's truly eliminated. Not sure how I'll drag Owen Cage and those who are infected (if located far away from them) there though
White phosphorus grenades should be enough.
You can feasibly knockout enough people to make a path to the incinerators (there are actually incinerators on this map but I've never actually used them before).
@@Techhunter_Talona nice touch is that if you turn down the temperature in the room storing the donor heart, the two guards will go and warm themselves by the incinerator.

The virus only infected Owen, and Owen died so there's no person they could continue the research on
@@thewayfayer3268 not true the body itself could still be used to develop the virus. If they drew various samples it could be replicated, tested on, and possibly improved with the right biological agents.

Alternatively you can pacify the nurse by the stairs she's the first one to get infected and stop from spreading the virus.
The guard can be the first infected sometimes but he will infect nobody because they are all in hazmat suits in the floor

how did you get the 2nd Remote Breaching Charge, as i only seem to have one, plus the time i get to there, there are 4 infections already
In Hitman 2016, you have two breaching charge but they nerf it in Hitman 2 so you can only carry one instead. If you want to get around this just bring a briefcase with the breaching charge inside, throw both the briefcase and the breaching charge on the ground to get rid of the guards.

Kinda wonder, what's the maximum number of NPCs that can get infected without any direct intervention from the player? As in, if you stood around then how many people will get infected before it just stops?

As far as I understand there are a few paths that were specifically designed to get the infection on its way (mainly the nurse who talks to the guards), but many npcs do not have movement patterns that would spread the virus on its own.
So at least the people in the morgue, sauna, cold water area, multiple handyman that work isolated and a few more would stay uninfected...

@@Supermage119 i mean why do the npcs have LITERAL immunity to the virus then? why does 47 die in 5 MINUTES but npcs just cough? unless it's gameplay based I don't think that makes any sense! (probs just for gameplay purposes.)

In HITMAN 2016 you have two breaching charge, since HITMAN 2 they have nerfed it so you can only carry one breaching charge now.

I almost got a silent assassin no infections suit only but I hit a guard with a hammer on the mountain path and then it died
I had to kill almost everybody on the map, 80+ infections. Rambo style 🤭

Bring the briefcase with the breaching charge inside, take the breaching charge out of the briefcase then throw both the briefcase and the breaching charge on the ground. That should get rid of both guards.
What I stated about the breaching charge still applies. However, if you shoot the camera above the guards at the door, then they both go inside and you can sneak in behind them.
Also seems that the 2nd target now hears you and gets suspicious when you grapple the surgeon in the control room. No big deal, you just take him out like you did.
Means you can bring something like a silenced sniper rifle instead, and get all 5 classic achievements in one run!

@@kensavage7657 They nerfed the breaching charge because it was overpowered. It used to allow you to get rid of two guards, get instant accident kill with a fire extinguisher or in some case to use as a launching platform to launch things like body, gas canister, weapon over long distance.
