    Five Things I just now discovered for a healthier way of living:
    1. Proper Sleep. (7-9 hours a night)
    2. Exercise
    3. Meditating
    4. Clean Eating
    5. No Fap/Dopamine/Social Media Detox
    It’s weird, you don’t pay attention to this shit when you’re younger (I’m 23, I’m talking about being 20 or younger). But once you do these sort of things for yourself and feel the clarity and connection you’re just kinda like “Damn, have I been sleeping this whole time.” I don’t know if you can relate, but when you really get that level of self awareness and complete control of yourself and being present, that shit is overwhelming. I fell off the wagon with these practices and the head space change is dramatic. This modern age fast pace live fast die young mentality along with being disconnected is probably why people act the way they do. It’s 11 am, and you got me out here deep thinking. Forever thankful for your content. 👌🏻

      Dopamine detox / recalibration rlly makes life objectively better. It's also great for studies, enhances my focus and ability to endure with long term gratification task without feeling impulsively distracted every so often because I wanted a higher dopamine hit. Dopamine detox rlly is a procrastination counter-mechaniam. The time taken to initiate the neuroplasticity to get to this point was long tho, and still it is quite hard to maintain in this distraction abundant world. Meditation helps with the ability to catch yourself trailing off from wharever you were meant to be doing I find.

    I suggests guys on this comment section to read a book called 'brahmacharya'. It is a book written by one of the yogis (Swami Vivenanda) and it is all about strict celibacy. If only men understood what Semen really is, how powerful it is, and how it can change a mere man into a God by preserving it, then all men would stop ejaculating and would see sex and women as a downgrade of their true nature. Semen is God in disguise. Preserve it and you will experience heaven, drain it, and you will be living in hell. Semen is the last essence of all essence to be formed (after blood, marrow etc). It takes 40 drops of blood to produce just one drop of semen, that itself shows you how valuable it is.
    Constantly draining yourself of this vital, precious fluid brings about unfathomed miseries like suicidal thoughts, lack of self-confidence and self-esteem, PIED, you age faster, weakening of the immune system, ejaculation also puts significant stress on your body because like I said earlier, 40 drops of blood will be required to produce just a drop of the lost semen, loss of vitality etc.
    Semen retention is the narrow path. It is the path to self-enlightenment which is becoming one with God (cosmic consciousness) and thus becoming God Himself.
    However, semen retention is not easy but it is the Gift of all gifts that a man can give himself. It is incomparable really. The genuine, constant happiness and divine benefits it brings cannot be compared to anything materialistic. Actually, once you start this path with absolute sincerity and build a good streak, you start attracting things that you had earlier struggled to get. It's like the universe now works in your favor. People (both men and women) start looking at you in a way that they are trying to figure out whats going on with you. They cannot explain your positive, divine energy (I'm not talking about being hyper and acting rowdy-type of energy), the energy brought about by semen retention is different, the absolute top of the hierarchy of energies, and people will instantly get attracted to it and start getting so close to you, genuinely. Strangers will start opening up and animals will also sense that energy and want to be around you. Once you get rid of that energy via ejaculation, it is like a dark cloud suddenly appears and you start downgrading.
    I just wish guys knew just how significant semen really is, once you read that pdf book (which is free on the internet), you will get to understand what I am really saying.

    • @aanghel
      @aanghel  4 года назад +18

      Yeah and in simple terms, if you're releasing all the time you're pretty much completing your biological function so your body see's no more need to stay at peak levels. Thus degrading faster than it would if you were to retain your semen.

      Mark Thuo thank you for sharing. As a woman, I am always spreading the word to men who are ready for this known information. I think the ultimate is giving out lust, and the only reason to have sex is to create life (reproduce). Thank you for sharing, I will sure read the book and share it to men.

    • @Jakob1716
      @Jakob1716 4 года назад +5

      Saying that women is a downgrade to our true nature is complete BS. Women who doesn’t support you, and whom you can’t live with in symbiose to your true nature is however. With such women you can practice semen retention, taking your sexual energies to the next level when cultivated with your woman in various positions - not ejaculating at all, yet having multiple orgasms. Read Mantak Chia’s (taoist master on semen retention) book “Cultivating Male Sexual Energy”, and you will find that a dual cultivation is what really makes your practice profound. It’s all about love brother, and to live fully is to live with love. Find yourself a woman who treats you like a man, and who doesn’t look up nor down to you. Life is meant to be shared, and once you find someone you really want to share it with, your goals will become much clearer and you’ll be much more motivated to work toward them, hence that it’s not only you who will benefit from reaching them. Don’t try to find a woman though, but do what you love to do, and the right one will come along when least expected.
      Atleast that’s my two cents on life hehe. Live strong my dude

    The dog example was very true, i was thinking about shit about 2-3 days ago, that we are created by nature, animals are created by nature, and what does a lion does? He is raised by his pride in his childhood, but then, he is removed from his pride, once he his big enough. And then he goes alone, and then fight another male lion to get his own territory, and then create his own pride and then protect and extend his territory. Likewise, we human are also raised by our parents in childhood, and then, we have to go out from our parents house, and then fight the world, and make our own territory, and then, create our own family and protect them. And one thing also what came to my mind was that masturbation is not what nature created for us, like do we see, pigeons, lions, tigers masturbating? Like yeah we may see some domestic dog doing it, but we arent suppose to masturbate. We should use our dick to mate with our loved girl, and reproduce, thats it. Like thats what all the animal species do, like they find their mates, and do mating, reproduce, and protect their territory. I dont know, i may be wrong, but i thought it this way.

    This is awesome, really glad that it's working so well for you. I really liked the part where you talk about humans "just naturally knowing what to do" but these distractions completely distracting us and dissociating us from our bodies and feelings. I hope this doesn't come off as being nosy or negative, but do you think that training to be an MMA fighter might be in itself an addiction? The only reason I ask it's because I understand the Psychology of risky sports like Climbing, Parachuting, BMX, gambling etc. Some say that it's an adrenaline addiction, because we feel so good after a good work out or after our endorphin "rush". After years of abusing Adderall I remember that I replaced it for working out and eating...and well I couldn't had a good day without working out lol I depended on it and it also clouded my real mission on Earth. Anyhow, just something I thought I'd share with you.

    • @aanghel
      @aanghel  4 года назад

      Natural things that release endorphin or adrenaline are...natural. We're born to do these things which is why we feel the way we do when we do them. If there was no technology and you were constantly walking/running/climbing/gathering food you found/hunting an animal/socializing with your tribe/pack, risking everything to be able to get something to eat (ie. climbing up a mountain side to get the eggs of a hawk). You'd feel that endorphin rush and adrenaline all day everyday for the most part.
      Now skydiving, motorcycles, Parachuting, BMXing, well these aren't all that natural given the fact that you need technological advancements to make it happen. Like sure, you can ride a horse and that mimics a motorcycle but a horse will never go as fast as a motorcycle. You get the picture.

    • @gonicito
      @gonicito 4 года назад

      @@aanghel Yeah that's true. Endorphin rush and adrenaline should be part of every day life. But what I meant is using a sport or some activity as some form of escape. For example: running, eating and having sex are all natural but there are eating addictions, sex/porn/relationship addictions and even people who run every day just to function properly and forget about other important things. Again, I apologize if I sound nosy but just want to be helpful and curious to see if you know the deeper reason why being an MMA Fighter is a good life goal for you

    • @aanghel
      @aanghel  4 года назад +1

      It's natural but the amount of music it takes before it overloads your system is literally a few songs. Try it out. Wake up and listen to a track you really want to hear. Then after that, just keep playing more and more music. Pay attention and you'll see how the way you feel will shift over time and you'll actually grow tired of the music. Almost like eating sweets. Good at first and then you just get tired of it the more you have in that one sitting.
