      And look guys we are all to our own when it comes to faith. Me personally I follow Islam. And we follow the example of 1 man. Mohammed (pbuh). We believe he was the best example for man kind. With factual evidence. According to the historians and researchers. Prophet Muhammad is the greatest man in history. He was a messenger of God. Like Noah, Adam so on. After Isaac Newton and Jesus(Peace be upon him). So if we seek to follow his lead, are we not becoming great ourselves. Thanks brothers(which he called his fellow man) so did Jesus and many other great men. I love you all stay strong because you are.

      Also. Like 60-70% of what this guy talks about coincides with Mohammed pbuh teachings.
      Fasting
      Staying Grounded or being calm
      Nofap or porn
      No alcohol
      Mediation or prayer.
      Socializing
      Exercise
      Masculine energy. Being and living up to a man's potential.
      Routine
      Health
      That's why I appreciate this guy so much. He speaks a lot of truth.

    The 24 hours hardcore dopamine detox challenge is also very powerful, it is reseting everything and re focusing your attention. People should try it out:
    No food
    No walking
    No talking
    No reading
    No phone
    No computer
    Basically seating in your bed for hours, disconnecting to all the dopamine feeders your are using ( food, talking, social medias, video games etc..)
    Disclamer, It is very very hard but the results are beyond reality. Because it is forcing your mind to quiet and start focusing on what you really want to do in Life. It is as I said reseting your Life. It is gonna challenge everything about You! But in the end, after a few hours, you will completely shift and start re focusing on your unconscious goals and true desires in Life. For real, it is very powerful. I want to do a video about it.
    I hope it helps at least someone reading this who wants to try it out and change their Life!
    All Love,
    LJ.

    1. Figure out what your Main Focal Point is going to be. This will be your purpose/passion/craft/etc. and will take up most of your time/energy.
    2. Figure out what your Secondary Focal Point is going to be. This will be what funds your Main Focal Point (ie. job, services, etc.).
    3. Figure out what your Side Shit will be (ie. time with family/friends, going out in nature, meditation, etc.).
    4. Decide whether you're going to do easy mode, medium mode, or hard mode and then adjust your life accordingly (explanation on each mode will be found within the video).
    Remember that the entire point of a dopamine detox/fast is to simplify your life and give you more clarity + more energy/time/desire to do what you really want to do in this life.

I couldn't care less about the phone or social media that people have willfully enslaved themselves to -its just stupid. That phone is not a chain and leash for someone else to jerk every time they want me to jump. One of my goals was to make certain I don't have to answer the phone if I don't want to and I have achieved that. For the rest of my life you don't call me I call you.

      That's too much for the main focal point and too vague. What are you going to do to inspire others and yourself. It should be a simple answer and that should be the main focal point. Learning languages should be a secondary focal point. Innerpeace should either be main focus or secondary. I recommend secondary because that inner peace comes with time.

    Awesome video! Can you have 2 main focal points? EG - making music and an online coaching business?
    Also how does working on your dating life play into this - texting girls, using online dating etc..? I know that this uses quite a lot of dopamine but it's an essential part of life.

    • @aanghel
      @aanghel  4 года назад +3

      You can only have 1 main focal point.
      And women are a side quest. You throw it in if you have time but even then, that time can be better used. You shouldn't even want a relationship until you've gone after your purpose/passion and you've established yourself in life. Otherwise, it's pretty much just a waste of time and just pleasure.

    Hey brother I took your advice. Poker is a part of my life even though very small.
    But with this I been at it since I talked to you for coaching, not consistently but 2-7 day stretches over and over. I need to get this money for my daughter. I am finished my NASM and now onto my Nutrition and rehab medicine. Im making ALOT of gains. Im doing awesome with my daughter. But after quarantine I'm taking a morning job as a trainer and keeping my evening job 4 days a week for both jobs. I need to make money to get my daughter in a good situation. I've been wondering how to do this, and have seen that poker releases dopamine, so I quit it during my fasts and thats why it hasn't been consistent. Well, some of the breaks I just was slippin' and started watching youtube for 3 hours. But Most of the breaks I've taken have been for poker.
    Personal Training isn't my passion even though its awesome. Poker is. I'm doing this shit and grinding and grinding for school now. I'm about to have a kid 3 days a week and work 60 hours and I gotta do it you know?
    Quarantine still isn't over in DC, so for now would you think that my main focus could be poker? and my supporting would be studying and lifting? If it is how do you break up your time since I can study whenever I want.

    • @aanghel
      @aanghel  4 года назад +1

      I'd say at this moment in time your main is your daughter and getting her in a good spot, then it can switch over to poker. Studying, lifting and poker should all be secondary focal points till that happens. As far as breaking up your time, that's highly dependent on you and your life my brother. Mange it all out and see how much free time you actually get and use that shit for the important shit.

    First off good shit bro, you are a wise man keep going I wish nothing but blessings upon you. I just found you and scrolled through all your videos and I just had a couple questions about what you’re eating now a days and semen retention. First question is You still been on the meat? I’ve just begun to do my own research so I can eat healthier and more consciously and I came across dr. Sebi, his work is very interesting. So I wanted to see if you were still on the carnivore diet and how it was treating you. And if not, what foods are you focusing on? My second question for the semen retention isn’t really a question more so clarification. So on semen retention you don’t release any semen? As in, not even hard mode or anything. I thought I heard you mention something about if you are with a girl and things get like that to go ahead and release. I just wanted to clarify, about to begin my journey thanks to you my brother after making excuses for so long. much love

    • @aanghel
      @aanghel  4 года назад +1

      Hey man so I eat keto at the moment. That’ll switch to carb cycling later and then high carb once in training full time in Thailand. Diet is something that changes with whatever you’re doing. Don’t take one way of eating to be the end all be all. They all have there place. For example, dr. Sebis way if eating is very healing to the body so it works for that but if you wanted to be a bodybuilder or to be a professional martial artist, it wouldn’t do all that great and another way of eating needs to be adopted.
      As far as semen retention goes, it’s really only as effective when you don’t release. Once you do, it kind of resets. I think the only way to stop release 100% is literally going down a yogi/monk path and never eating meat. If you’re not doing that, understand that it’s fine to release, just utilize the energy that comes within those periods of no release.

      Every focal point causes a dopamine release. The point is to limit the amount of dopamine/stimulation you’re receiving from other sources in order to gain a higher lever of motivation and satisfaction in your focal point(s). It should be enjoyable, it should release dopamine.

      Can the movies and other forms of entertainment help? Sure but I guarantee'd you'd be fine without the movies. • @karqoa3968
    @karqoa3968 4 года назад +1

    To be perfectly honest:
    - Motivation in the long term isn't easy to come by - this might work short term - but willpower (which this approach heavily relies on) is exhaustable. Which is the reason why people come here to watch this video, otherwise they would be keeping at it.
    - The approach in this video is more like ' first know what you want ', it provides no real addition on how to start or how to keep progress up.
    - Aanghel, you're undeniably a great motivator and you provide inspiration which is a necessary to start a project.
    - Keeping progress and increasing progress has everything to do with a functional reward system. We are mammals with specialized centers in our brain that provide us hints of pleasure whenever we complete something (modern goals don't trigger this sense of pleasure sometimes, reducing motivation to keep going). This video is missing that component on how to reward properly. Thats why I said that this method relies heavily on willpower early on and might fail for probably a whole lot of people. Nowadays we don't get rewarded (directly by others or ourselves - most of our goals have rewards in long term) for passing an exam or working a day on studies or goals - we just assume that working a day is the reward and we should take pleasure in it - a kind of self derived sense of ' I did good today, hence I should feel good about myself '. This might work ocassionally (and more for labour intensive projects or visibly completed projects(ie dishes, cleaning, tinkering)) - but for consistent progress this approach will not withstand the test of time.
    - When you spoke about the difficulty levels I thought to myself ' Doesn't he mean, levels of torture? '. Working an entire day without any reward to me feels like self imposed torture. Again, it will definately work in the short term with proper inspiration - but again it will not withstand the test of time.
    - (Background) I am a medical student - definately not getting A+ grades or maxing out my performance - but I'm an avid believer in what you said ' You only have one life ' which to me means, relaxation is as much part of your life as is any other goal you want to complete. Mammals generally have two modes of functioning: stress mode(high attentive, alert) and relaxed mode(speaks for itself) - burn-outs are a REAL thing and they are caused by being in that stress mode for too long. This can have serious negative health complications, I've seen it and felt it, I've had it happen to me and people in the health care system. Relaxation is a fundamental and crucial part of life - not be ignored - it will no matter what come back to bite you in the butt if you choose to ignore it.
    - Thank you Aanghel, you seem to care about the mental health of people and that's something I appreciate and respect deeply. Keep up the good work!

    • @aanghel
      @aanghel  4 года назад +2

      You're thinking about it too much man. Your main focal point should not be torture. It should give you exactly what you want. It should be the reward. Therefore theres no need for motivation nor exhausting willpower since you're limiting the things you're using your willpower on + when you do something you really want to do, you expend minimal willpower.
      If you work because you have to, then that is a secondary focal point. Not a main focal point.

    So for hard mode what did you do with your phone as of contacting people. I’m young so I can still kinda afford just not contacting anyone rn and if you think it’d be more beneficial to by all means I will. And for your main focus point what if studying film is along these lines? Can I still use the internet to study fights and or techniques. Or is this just a solely me thing where I’m using my own imagination and intuition for guidance.

    • @aanghel
      @aanghel  4 года назад +3

      Is film your main thing or fighting? Which one? Once you got your answer devote your time to that. Use your phone when necessary and same goes for internet. If film is your main and you want to look up fighting videos and techniques, that would be considered entertainment, at least in my opinion. You can always throw it into your side shit but you gotta put it into what's worth having for you.
