I have severe arthritis in my shoulders so the overhead exercises I can’t do. Othrtthan that this video is great. I start every morning with that along with the balancing video. I love them both.

Loved this, I’m going to use every tool in my mental toolbox to battle my depression and anxiety disorder, meditation was not something I thought would be for me, but it does seem to help me collect my thoughts safely, putting this in my rotation for sure!
Fabulous, I loved this. However, I found myself relaxing so much that my posture began to go sloppy, and my arms dropped to the sides. Is this ok? or should you keep good posture to the end? Thank you for sharing x
