There any way to make this camera to stabilize the recording video feed?? I mean It literally stick when there's lots of wind... I honestly have been looking for the EIS setting but can not find it... "Thanks in advance"
According to the manual, Don't connect to flight controller, it;s not power enough. So where does this cam connect power? Can I connect to the FC's 5V port like any other FPV Camera?
Great review! The footage looks good, I was contemplating this camera but I ended up ordering a Runcam Split 3 Nano to save some weight and money since I don’t own any 4K tv’s. I enjoyed the settings walk through, it gives an in-depth look at the features and adjustability of the camera. Keep up the great work and have a Happy New Years!
One suggestion, please alternate between the FPV feed and the HD footage. With many of these split cameras, the HD can be nice, but the FPV is crap. I think it's important to show both. Happy new year!
The FPV feed looks better than I thought it would, but the HD feed looks not quite as good as I hoped. I will have to check out more flight footage. Nice music!

Video but I'm having some issue with a namelessrc aoi for some reason I only get 1 start up tone when I plug In and when i got into betaflight the motor wont spin any idea what's goingon?? I can send you videos on Instagram please help! Already contacted my seller as the board is brand new out the box
Hi Bruce... yeah, it seems they are using the same sensor and electronics just repackaged into a smaller size. Have you tried playing around with the white balance settings or try one of the other image presets? I'm thinking Hawkeye1 or Hawkeye2 will be a cooler image and have less brown cast but it's hard to really tell.
@@AlbertKimTV Yes, I've already switched to the bluest white-balance setting on the original Firefly but it's still tends to lean towards brown/red on lower luminance levels. I'm wondering if it's related to the awful IR filter they've got in the optics. Have they raised the bitrate for the recorded video at all -- on the last firmware version I tried it was way too low and meant that there was lots of detail lost in foliage, grass, gravel etc. At 4K you really want at least 100Mbps to get decent quality but I think they were still down around 40Mbps so it effectively looked worse than a 1080p image if there was lots of fine detail

OK, I use looping 3 minute files, but when the power is cut, the file is not yet saved (before the end of 3 minutes) and the video file is damaged, and can not be retrieved/played. However, Hawkeye says it can automatically repair damaged videofiles after a crash That's great, BUT.... HOW DOES THAT WORK??? My damaged files are not repaired at all. What do I have to do??

Yes, it's just standard analog video output so you can connect it to a monitor (w/video input) if you want and you'll see video.

i am new to this can i use a different set up other than DJI for fpv can you recommend another camera for fpv if you dont want to use DJI ??

It depends on the power output of the BEC on the FC. You'll want one that can do at least 2A.

4k in full hd display is WAY better than 1080p record. ALWAYS.

Footage seems more beutifull.
Website explain this is a 14grams camera, and the firefly 4K normal size is 20grams.
It's weird that you mesure 19-20grams.

It will still stay powered on by the battery.
