Very cool Tony Perez 68 3D card, I think I started pulling 3D cards out of cereal boxes in the 70's. Very cool 57 Tom McDonald, yeah those cards had Very cool designs. Yeah those 71/72 basketball card designs are very cool, especially the multi colors on the player names, your card looks to be a very nice 4.5 & it looks nicely centered as well. Cool 27 Cochrane oddball card. I never seen one of those magnetic holders up close, but I've seen people use them looks like a cool idea. I like that magnetic case, cool idea to have room at the top for a label, you can even make your own graded case.
Nice pick ups. But, my eyes were locked in on that beautiful 1968 3d Perez 😍. Man, i want to own any of those 68 3d's some day. What a gorgeous set of cards, that almost happened. They are so unique, my eyes just lock in on them.

I love the diversity being added to your card portfolio! I’m a baseball collector by heart, but have truly loved branching out over the past year. I started getting priced out of my vintage baseball, so I started moving on to Hall of Famers for other sports (primarily early 1900s) which you can get for pennies on the dollar compared to baseball. Thanks for sharing, John!
Cool idea for the magnetic holders with custom labels. Interesting that the basketball players wore their jerseys backwards to not show the team name in that 71-72 Topps set. You don’t think of Topps making non-licensed cards.
Love to have that Foxx from the playing card set, the earlier the better. Was that 68 3d Perez in that white card book you have? I had that book also and looked at it til it fell apart. I gotta get one again to bring back some memories. I am with Sammy you look like the Fonz twin brother!
Cool Mickey Cochrane! Jabbar looks great with the backwards uniform. I don't know much more than the Foxx is said to be 1926-29 Exhibit card. I picked up the Blue version of the 1929-30 Foxx/Cochrane/Grove 4 in 1 at the National.

I have really gravitated to mid to lower grade cards. So many of you experienced vintage collectors with large collections show such nice mid to lower grades that look fantastic.
If you want to own more than a few cards you have to. Some people only collect very high grade and have a few cards but I’ve never understood that. Some of the lower graded cards look just as nice or nicer many times. High grade is usually people looking for bragging rights :)
Yes, I'm all about spreading my hobby dollars as far as I can! In a RUclips video I posted yesterday.... I have two SGC 1 Preacher Roe (1952 & 1954) cards that look so nice. Saved so much $$ + they look sharp.

John, on the Mag Pro holder, on their website it has sizes from 35 to 180 point. I have no idea what those even mean. Do you know what the differences are? This looks like a great slab. Thanks
Yea that’s the thickness. Vintage cards are 20 point, modern cards are 35 point then you get into the thicker cards and the relic cards that get thicker and thicker. The BCW toploaders have a size chart on the box they come in to figure out what point or PT they are.
I remember getting the sets of Old Maid, or Go Fish in a jewel case at the drug store in the late 70's early 80's. Good memories. Cool one touchish cases but not a fan of the labels.

The Mag Pro holders are great! Just wondering, do you increase the price of the card within by $4 or whatever, or do you give the customer the option of buying the holder for $4 extra? Clearly you can't sell a $3 common that comes with a holder you bought for $4. 😂
My LCS does not carry pages. I drove 20 minutes for that BS, Cool slabs sized holders! UD Golf threw away the RC rules. Look at most of the "rookies". They're OLD!
@@MrJmangini I feel like 25 exhibits would be his rookie card too. Similarly with some one like ruth or mantle I consider the players earliest card to be there rookie card. Kind of like a 1st bowman and a regular rookie from bowman next year or something

They are for standard cards. Not the oversized or undersized say 52 topps or Bowman.
