- Hello :) I am very new to making sound sessions, so please be patient with me as I make mistakes in my techniques and figuring out sound levels for recording. I fell in love with sound healing therapies and have started practicing myself recently. I work from my heart, with intention for others to feel the beauty and shifts that these sounds can create if you allow them. I have a small collection of the main 7 notes and 2 extra clear crystal bowls in notes A and F that resonated with me and I use them as soothing transitions in-between louder sounds. I hope you will enjoy this very short session I felt the pull to record. You might hear water sounds in the background, these are coming from the open window.

This was soooo good I’m so happy you’re making more sound bowl videos! It was super relaxing for me, the entire thing, every second of it. Even when you made mistakes, it was still super relaxing, and I especially love the soft speaking. My favorite bowls were the clear ones, particularly the one on the left, my least faves were the one directly in the center of the frame, and the second one from the very last one on your right:) still so so beautiful the pitch was just kind of high and loud, but I still enjoyed this video so so much I watched it twice in a row. Thank you!!!

I hope you can feel comfortable sharing all your sound videos with us, even if you maybe aren't confident yet. I think being able to look back and see how your practice has evolved and how experience shapes it is priceless and you're only new to something once so cherish all these practice sessions and share your lovely, positive vibrations every time you record them. I'm here for it, and I know others will be too. This session was very moving too, the overlap of all the tones really resonated with my brain this evening, thanks for your efforts and I hope you continue to learn this incredible art.

The sounds from the clear bowls were so pure, if I can describe it that way. Felt calming to the soul.
A supportive and sweet coworker turned friend gave me a sound bowl and the first time I used it, it reverberated through my entire house and it felt like such a beautiful blessing! Every time I look at it on my shelf, the feeling comes back! This session is giving me the same vibes. Thank you!!
It reminds me of a very specific area in a video game called Journey (even if you don't play games, it's more a spiritual art awakening than a video game) where you go from a light area to a dark room, it feels colder but more open weirdly, like calm has settled into your bones. That video game saved my life, it rescued me from a suicide attempt so it means a lot to me overall, and this took me to a very healing place inside ❤️ thank you for this Maria!

This quick 10 minute session was exactly what I needed today. After battling for days with anxiety and intrusive thoughts this session allowed me to sit outside in the sun and shut everything in my brain off. The sound combination at 6:20 brought on such an emotional release response. I'm so grateful to you for following the pull, for sharing and allowing us to receive your intentions. I’m pregnant and it’s hard to eat because I’m always feeling sick and I have to force myself to eat so every time I get my food I watch one of your videos because it gets me thru it and I’m able to eat and also take my prenatals! 💗💗

I'll be honest these sound bowls have always made me feel ill and give me headaches. I still watched to experience your sessions. The chiming sound banging on them was actually very nice but yeah these make me nauseous. You have such a lovely energy and I totally understand the draw to these bowls.👍
I only like the banging part too. The rest..no my ears are not happy so I didn’t watch much lol
Yeah I love her content and support her trying new things, however this is unbearable to me as well so I will support from afar. The only sound bowls videos that don't make me sick are the ones by massageasmr, he manages to make the sound vary enough with his movements that it doesn't feel too repetitive and sickening + he alternates with his whispering.
I agree, this hurts my ears and as much as I love Maria, I won’t be watching anymore of the sound bowl videos. Too noisy and not relaxing for me.

I recently watched an old “behind the scenes” video from a blue apron video you did in an Airbnb. In that video you saw a sound bowl and played with it for a second and seemed to really like it. I think it’s so cool you are so into it now!! Seems like it has resonated with you from the start ❤
I love these I think I prefer the constant sound rather than the bouncing sound which almost sounds like an alarm if that makes sense

That first clear bowl.. I slowly slipped into the connection and peace I felt from it. Similar to ASMR tingles but more spiritual. Looking forward to seeing more of these in the future! 💙

The only thing I wondered about was if there's an eighth bowl? It bothered me a bit that it went up the scale from the largest to smallest. Without the octave above it doesn't resolve when you run up the scale.
