Not sure if you already know this but rice is actually rather low calorie compared to bread (calorie/same volume, not weight). Remember when you cook rice it absorbs water and volumes up too!

Actually it's okay to consume carbs for diet.. the meal must contain carbs, protein and fibre .. if u cut carbs when diet then u start to consume carbs, you will start gain weight faster.. that's why your diet become yo-yo diet 😉
This is very true! Eat carbs but in moderation like everything else, so you don’t end up binging. Because you restrict your body of what it really wants.
She did eat carbs. But on smaller amount. Higher carbs will just cause ur blood sugar to spike n drop rapidly, causing hunger to kick in faster, when compared to low carb meals.
This is not true, the less carbs you eat the easier it will be to diet. Because you'll be less hungry. The only issue with not eating carbs is constipation

Honestly, I think higher fat and protein diets can easily fuck up your body. But that’s my experience. (I lost 40 pounds doing high carb, I just ate clean whole foods .) Also, high carb AND high fat is the standard American diet. The carbs aren’t complex carbs. Therefore, the blood sugar spikes and they crave more when it goes down. You have to eat the right carbs. Carbs are GOOD.
Please make sure you don't restrict super heavily and make sure to incorporate some of your favorite foods in your diet (like bread). Just make sure to have a balance of how much of that you eat so you don't eat too much and end up gaining more than you planned. A balance is the key to happy dieting!! (I reccomend you ask a nutritionist about what to about your diet so you don't yo-yo next time)

I am 177cm and weigh 69,7kg sometimes 71,4kg. Before i used to do extreme dieting because i wanted to be 60kg long story short i was able to get to 59,8 but my skin had rashes and didn't feel smooth anymore and i didn't have enough strength to exercise and i wasn't able to maintain the weight once i stopped dieting. I am finally at a point where i do not care anymore. I eat what ever i like but more healthy food then junk food and i exercise once a week aswell.

Someone has to tell you this. The first couple of days and weeks your body will mostly lose waterweight. That's why your face is looking 'slimmer' and belly 'flatter' its was all bloated because of water. Don't step on the scale everyday your body is not the same everyday just like our mood😉 maybe you should do more education and science about the human body. If you really want to lose weight healthy without restricting/gaining/yo yo/ binging etc. Then give your weight loss journey a year. Because changing your body takes time its not an overnight project and fixed in for example "8 weeks" Its maybe possible but not effective. Quality over quantity. Also your body has a "setpoint" weight. That's the weight your body is comfortable in. I think your body hit a plateau last time (where the body no longer can't lose weight anymore because otherwise it will be unhealthy) our body is really smart and know exactly what it is doing. You just have to trust it. Don't categorize food as "bad" and "good" food is just food. Don't give food a label. Otherwise you will creating a fixed mindset. Also our lowerbrain is really smart when you restrict yourself your brain only wants it more because your lowerbrain doesn't know the meaning "don't". Like: don't think about a pink elephant and your brain will automatically think about a pink elephant. Try intuitive eating: eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. Its better to eat 3 or 4 cookies when you are craving it without restricting instead of eating the whole box of cookies plus the rest of the pantry and refrigerator. Search Natacha Oceane on RUclips a fitness influncer, Gymshark model and biophysicist. She explaines trought science on how and why 'diets' and diet industries don't work on the long run.

Honestly solmee inspired me to lose weight n as I was seeing her journey I was upset I wasn’t losing weight as fast as her bc we both started at 62 a couple months ago but she was making so much progress..now I successfully made it to 56 kg through changing my lifestyle n I don’t even feel like I’m dieting anymore..so to see for her now she has rebounded has made me grateful for my slow n steady progress..solmee ur beautiful either way but restricting too much is really bad I still eat junk food maybe a little too much but I’ve maintained 125 lbs (56 kg) for over a month now and am ready to lose more in a healthier way ! Fighting !! both of us but I hope u can learn n know not to restrict urself :) bc in the long run i am proof it works but just be patient n don’t restrict too much! Love ur videos 🤩✨

My biggest tip if ur interested or to whoever reads this.. is to drink lots of water, don’t eat after 7pm, n u have to listen to ur body..some days I eat after 7 n for 3 days straight sometimes I eat badly but it’s important to never give up .. as soon as u say ‘oh well I broke my diet I’ll just eat junk forever’ that’s bad. U need to say ‘it’s ok I can do better tmr’ also my taste has changed from ‘dieting’ so I really enjoy healthy foods like salads n fruits :)

피트니스 대화 나가는거 강력하게 비추 합니다 폭식증 와요 제가 43까지 뺐다가 대회끝나고 폭식증 걸려서 60까지 쪘어요. 다시 원래 몸무게까지 복구하는데 1년 걸렸습니다. 절대 비추에요. 대회끝나고 식욕은 사람이 컨트롤할 수 있는 수준이 아니에요.

@@villainousextremity thanks so much 😊 n I am 167 cm (5’5) n 19 yrs old ! My biggest tip if ur interested or to whoever reads this.. is to drink lots of water, don’t eat after 7pm, n u have to listen to ur body..some days I eat after 7 n for 3 days straight sometimes I eat badly but it’s important to never give up .. as soon as u say ‘oh well I broke my diet I’ll just eat junk forever’ that’s bad. U need to say ‘it’s ok I can do better tmr’ also my taste has changed from ‘dieting’ so I really enjoy healthy foods like salads n fruits :)

Just curious- why don't you try to lift weights? You could increase your metabolic rate so you wouldn't have to diet all the time.
