the best way to control the hungry or tempations about snacks is not having any of them at home like that even if you get hundry you won´t think a lot of snacks cause you dont have them and you get lazy to go outside an buy stuffs ... well that works for me

I have to force myself to exercise in the morning otherwise if I procrastinate until late at night then I just end up falling asleep and not working out 😅. I suggest you to try (Pamela reif)’s workouts they’re realllllly good, she also has weekly exercise program and it is great!!!😊 & don’t give up you can do it 💖
fato mohammed I actually started from week 1 now I’m at week 10. I know but Actually I have lost weight specially in my legs which was really hard to do before. I personally think that her workouts are really good and you can replace the booty workouts with abs or upper body workout if you want.
I use pamelas workouts for building my butt and legs because those workouts are realllly good, but for abs i do chloe tings workouts ☺️ and HIT i do both of their workouts ☺️
