I love solmee, because other than being a genuinely nice human i like the way she presents things, it's never fake and rainbowy for you, always raw and true because that's the way it's always been, ive been dealing with quite the lot lately due to me having an ED and also losing the controlled environment ive managed to cage myself in ever since the beginning of my illness, however ive strangely found comfort in her videos, at first they were enjoyable to watch but now they're hitting different, im growing more and more accepting of things that used to frighten me in the past, and im seeing myself really wanting to quit harmful behaviors i was previously dependent on, i like how nonchalantly she perceives things and how positively she overcomes them, the way she previews life in general is impactful. I used to exercise daily like you But for some days feeling so lazy so i haven't worked out for a week. I also gain easily in belly like you This video motivated me alot thank you solmee for your positiveness. I feel like I'll continue to do my best from tomorrow on. It's not like I'm forcing my body. I rested for whole week but after listening to my body it says to move my body often. So noe I realize it's important to listen to your body. I don't restrict anything. I eat what my body asks. There are some days I feel regret eating alot but seeing you all the stress goes away which is good. Thank you so much really solmee.💜

i've been trying to stop binge eating and losing 10kg in 2 months. I tried many many diets but neither of them succeeded because i wasn't exercising enough but i am trying something new, i fast 16/8 hours which is not a bad experience. please if you have any advice for losing weight fast, tell me!! I think it's because usually in diets they're less amount of calories(calorie = energy) & carbs being the major source of acquiring energy (except if you're taking a lot of protein) can lead to more carbs craving, which in your case is bread.
Bread and flour products are definitely addicting! Its my birthday tomorrow and Im only going to buy a really small personal cake to split between my bf and I and have a healthy lunch out at Panera Bread.
Omg I love bread too. ❤️❤️🥖🍞🥯Definitely can’t live without it and I refuse to give it up even when I’m dieting. I can live without rice, but I can’t live without bread 😄. My favorite is eating toast with butter and jam but I used to eat it a lot with avocado toast and egg or to make grilled cheese sandwiches.
Eating and then feeling bad about it, causes binge eating. Restricting causes binge eating. Restricting and binge eating are both not normal nor healthy. Working out and eating enough of healthy food and not feeling guilty about sometimes eating something a bit more unhealthy, is the only way to go. You don't have to eat less in order to loose stomach fat. Having a flat stomach all the time is not normal either.
Its better to fast instead of eating 500 -600 cal becuase when you fast its has many health benefits but if you eat very few calories you will strain your body

I've had to do this before as well . It's best to do don't do any processed foods when restricting low. it's too high in calories if you do all fruits and vegetables you will have more volume and feel a tad better lol. Although many people may have thoughts about this temporary restrictive diet it's nice to see you open up and show the honest journey. Good luck on your body profile

Can you imagine working out so hard and then dieting and losing all the muscle that you built at the gym??!!! Please don’t do these types of diets ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ it’s so dangerous for your health!! 저렇게 먹으면 지방보다 근육이 더 많이 빠져요! 물론 체지방도 빠지긴해요 저렇게 빼고나서 조금씩 먹는 양을 늘리고 운동도 점차 더 많이 해주면 체지방은 조금만 붙고 근육은 다시 오를 수 있어서 괜찮을 거예요(운동은 그냥 유산소나 요가 이런거 말고 웨이트요!) 하지만 보통 이렇게 초절식으로 다이어트를 하는 분들은 평소에 운동을 많이 안 하셨을 거예요 그러니까 초절식으로 살을 빼려 하겠죠! (예외도 있긴하지만.. ) 그리고 평생 저렇게 먹을 수도 없으니 다시 원래 먹던 양으로 돌아가면 살이 당연히 다시 찌겠죠? 여자라도 많이 먹고 웨이트를 박살내주면 근육도 같이 오르겠지만 보통은 운동을 안 하고 그냥 먹어버리니까 살만 찌게돼요. 그리고 또 다시 초절식,디톡스 등등 식단으로만 빼려고하구요. 또 그렇게 빼면 근육이 더 많이 빠지고... 체지방은 조금 빠지고.. 다시 먹어서 찌면 체지방만 늘고 근육은 여전히 낮고. 그래서 체지방보다 근육이 더더 많이 빠지면서 기초대사량은 낮아지게 돼요 기초대사량이 낮아지면 조금만 먹어도 살이 찌게 되잖아욤? 그래서! 이런식으로 다이어트를 하면! 조금만 먹어도 아주 살이 확확 찝니다. 과거의 제가 그랬구용! 대신 이제 웨이트를 열심히 해주면 살이 붙어도 예쁘게 붙는데... 여성분들은 요가나 필라테스를 더 많이 하셔서..... 근육이 빡 늘기는 쉽지 않죠.. 여성분들도 웨이트를 하셔야 하는데....... 힝 무튼!! 이제 이해되셨나요? 🙌🏻

하지만 보통 이렇게 초절식으로 다이어트를 하는 분들은 평소에 운동을 많이 안 하셨을 거예요 그러니까 초절식으로 살을 빼려 하겠죠! (예외도 있긴하지만.. )
그리고 평생 저렇게 먹을 수도 없으니 다시 원래 먹던 양으로 돌아가면 살이 당연히 다시 찌겠죠? 여자라도 많이 먹고 웨이트를 박살내주면 근육도 같이 오르겠지만 보통은 운동을 안 하고 그냥 먹어버리니까 살만 찌게돼요. 그리고 또 다시 초절식,디톡스 등등 식단으로만 빼려고하구요. 또 그렇게 빼면 근육이 더 많이 빠지고... 체지방은 조금 빠지고.. 다시 먹어서 찌면 체지방만 늘고 근육은 여전히 낮고.
그래서 체지방보다 근육이 더더 많이 빠지면서 기초대사량은 낮아지게 돼요 기초대사량이 낮아지면 조금만 먹어도 살이 찌게 되잖아욤?
그래서! 이런식으로 다이어트를 하면! 조금만 먹어도 아주 살이 확확 찝니다.
과거의 제가 그랬구용! 대신 이제 웨이트를 열심히 해주면 살이 붙어도 예쁘게 붙는데... 여성분들은 요가나 필라테스를 더 많이 하셔서..... 근육이 빡 늘기는 쉽지 않죠.. 여성분들도 웨이트를 하셔야 하는데....... 힝 무튼!! 이제 이해되셨나요? 🙌🏻
