Not only did I lose weight without having to restrict myself over calories, but I also mended my relationship with food, reduced my cravings, helped me have clearer skin, and I no longer experience hunger even though I only eat once a day. Best part, I don't need any cheat day to eat samgyeopsal/Korean BBQ because it's part of the diet! Writing this up because I once discovered keto + intermittent fasting through one of RUclips comments like this and it basically helped me tons on my weight loss and the journey to a better and healthier life. Anyone on a weight loss journey, keep it up! Remember working hard doesn't mean that you have to suffer. Please always prioritize your health. And eat a lot of veggies in whatever diet you choose to follow ❤️
Nutrition student here. Actually, there is a misconception that ketogenic (Keto) and protein diets are good for weighloss. They are, by any reason, NOT. You are risking your health just to weigh a few pounds less. Carbs or Carbohydrates are the most important macronutrient among proteins and fats. They are necessary even for proteins and fats to perform their regulatory functions. No or little intake of carbs below the required limit can cause breakdown of protein or fats to perform the function of CARBOHYDRATES. Sure honey, you will lose weight but then you're putting yourself at a high risk of developing several chronic diseases, cholesterol probelms (bad cholestrol level is a cancer), and many other risk factors that can potentially cause death of an individual. What you can do is eliminate the food products that have high glycemic index in your diet. Like, soft drinks, potatoes, bread (white), rice and sweets. However, there is always an alternative. Eat corn, sweet potato (much less than corn) instead of potatoes, brown rice or grain oats instead of white rice, brown bread in place of white, tofu or cottage cheese can be substitute of white cheece, use ghee instead of oil, drink fresh juice (blend cucumber, apple, orrange, beetroot, carrot well. Pour yourself a glass, add Himalayan Pink salt or black pepper at the top. Mix well and drink. Trust me, its delicious) as soft drinks replacement. So, lovelies. What did we learn today? Carbohydrates are a *MUST*. Never, I repeat. NEVER skip your carbohydrate. Sure, eating carbs less than proteins and other micronutrients (vits and minerals) are recommenced. But skipping your carb meals is never appreciated.
you should erase the word "diet" from your mind and start eating healthy and also eating delicious things from time to time, something sustainable. i wish you the best in this new stage of your life ✨💖
The reason your knife isn't cutting properly is because it's dull. You need to sharpen it. A knife should be able to cut through food without much pressure.
@@galaabdullah9291 doctors these days recommend eating 3 meals per day with no snacks and not eating fruit on itself because they have high glicemic and insulin index. I guess there are different opinions
@@galaabdullah9291 btw there is no food which can slow down your metabolism. Starvation and severe calorie restriction can slow down your metabolism, not fruit or any other food
