Everything is going to be hard. It's ok

Starting a business is hard, and adding partners to the mix is even harder, and having an up and running business, a wife, a charity event, planning for world championships in Scotland for one of your athletes who also coaches at the gym is… well hard AF.
It leads to wins, losses and lessons learned, but if it was easy, everyone would do it.
