Allegedly they were going to revamp the stage in camp snoopy but pulled the plug on it so it's up in the air what they are going to do with that area. Can't wait to see what they end up doing! It was wild seeing camp snoopy pretty much all boarded up
Looking through the fence I see footings and rebar in the stage area. I also see a complete coaster. just needs cement and roof work on the loading area.
@@phroobarThe stage area has been completely covered back up and flattened out with dirt. It’s going to a grassy play area with games, fire pit for s’more’s, Hopefully just a temporary for this summer and will do the theater next year but it doesn’t sound like it.
no currently the area is being used to build the new meet and greet stages and the gazebo. Eventually the new theater will get finished.

In June 1983 I began employment at Knott's the year Camp Snoopy first opened. I worked at Glider Diner for 2 years. I enjoyed this work experience more than any I have had.

If I had my druthers for Monte each spike would have a temple or statue facade and cap with there being a torch/fire effect that went off when the train went up to the top.

Thanks for another informative update Dylan. I was at Knott's Thursday and had an amazing experience. I was taking video of Ghostrider from a 3rd-floor window in the Knott's Hotel when a Knott's employee asked me if I'd like to get a better view from the 9th-floor ballroom.

There’s no stage anymore. That project is gone. Grass instead.

The theatre is no more. Knott's released a green space called beagle scout
That’s unfortunate. Hopefully they can bring back the stage concept in the future.
the Camp Snoopy stage has been quietly cancelled, and will be replaced with a “grassy play area” ….whatever that is 😂😂😂 their budget was definitely CUT!

Wonder Woman was open the other day and I was able to take a spin on it. I’ll be at MM soon.

I think originally but it was pushed back.
Do you know anything about what happened to talks of them getting a roller coaster couple of years ago and it was going to be built for the Olympics. Do you think that they would ever be able to extend Knotts berry farm by going across the street and and do like Disney claiming bridges and use that chunk of land and take the parking lot and build a multi level structure. I think that would be great.
You should see the new green and yellow camp train. It has Charlie Brown yellow/black strips around the smoke stack.

Thank you for responding to my comment. I really appreciate it when a first decided that I was going to give you a chance. I didn’t know what to expect because there are so many that deal with you know Disney and stuff and some of them kisses the ass of the mouse too much. You don’t and that’s why I like about you. I don’t like giving a lot of likes, but I always do with you. I like when you go to the park and you vent the truth. You were right about Disney buying all these people to the point that it is so disgusting. For example, the mammoth club, they had access to all these interviews and parties that a lot of people weren’t invited to and I’m pretty sure they each got a gift bag worth 400 or $500. It was so disgusting how they reviewed Tiana‘s long ride adventure. They were pushing it and pushing it and sugarcoating met, and she even got teary-eyed because she thought it was so wonderful yeah she had access to people that worked on the attraction itself and it was so sad because families listen to her and this deception is so wrong. I really truly recommend for you to see the mammoth club when they went to, Tiana’s log ride. There was no truth to it except for them again kissing the ass of the mouse. Keep it up what you do and I really truly cannot wait to see you hit 100,000.
