Hello, our first time seeing your channel. We follow Dylan Theme Park Obsession. Was really good to see him on your channel. Both of you have the same thoughts about the Camp Snoopy. We are new to the park. We really enjoy the Ghost town area and all the different places to eat! We’re still strolling through the park to see everything. The Road Rally is unbelievably slow now. They took a a slow loader and slowed it down even more.
They wanted to open it for “summer”. They did more harm than good by trying to rush everything.
It’s interesting that Knott’s was in the middle of construction for the stage, even had the foundation completely laid out and just scrapped it. I’m surprised they have been completely mute about it as well, very disappointing. It also is pretty much a guarantee the deck by the waterfalls is gone too, and who knows about Airmail… I wonder if the merger is why the money got chopped, because Knott’s is the most popular park in the chain and never gets big coaster investments so they should never be on the chopping block for money investments
It’s easy to argue that Knott’s never gets coaster investments because the land is 100% full, and they have to take something out to add something. And with all of the coasters (outside of Ghostrider) having small footprints, it’s just not an easy fix
My dad works in the building compartment at Knott's, he told me that the business people counted the money wrong and mistakenly thought they had double the money! Knott's really needs to hire some new people.. 😒
Woodstock's Airmail is permanently closed & the ride was removed from the website. It's nice to get a new coaster credit but at what cost, for Camp Snoopy to end up being worse than before, I wish the new Camp Snoopy was executed better, & I know they can do better just by taking a look at Michigan's Adventure's Camp Snoopy, which was finished and/or rethemed in 2021, & now that Camp Snoopy looks amazing. I wish that they could do better for Knott's Berry Farm because it is the most popular amusement park out of all the Cedar Fair Parks (even more popular than Cedar Point) & they rarely get new additions due to the lack of space, so after 3 years, we got a new ride, & 6 years since we got a new coaster only for the coaster to be one of the only good parts of the New Camp Snoopy is just sad. They removed Woodstock's Airmail, Timberline Twister, Camp Bus, High Sierra Ferris Wheel, & even Huff and Puff only to get 4 new rides back with an extended version of an already existing ride, a Zamperla Swing Ride, an extended train ride, & a clone of Daddy Pig's Roller Coaster. Do Better Knott's Berry Farm, I know your capable of more than that.
@@themeparksofamerica Airmail was/is supposed to relocated at the old meet and greet site. The land has been cleared, walls are up and nothing. I still believe it will come back.
@@coasterempire3537 I don't know because nothing has been said about the frog hopper being relocated & it got removed from the website
For having a grand opening there’s a bunch of unfinished stuff 😭
I think the biggest fail is just that they didn't formally address any of these issues. They should have done a press release talking about the items that were cut or were not open yet and discuss the reasons why and what would be coming soon. To just open up cold and not address these issues seems very wierd.

I'm very tired of Knott's bankrolling the entire chain and only getting half hearted, lazy investment. Then, what little they do plan to change, they can't even finish. It's a shame and it's really disappointing, almost sad tbh. Heavily weighing not renewing my pass next year.
I loved the fiesta village revamp but I’m not renewing. Perhaps when they get another big roller coaster I’ll reconsider but I am tired of walking through construction walls.
I am not renewing because of their policies especially with people with disabilities. I went a few weeks back, and my girlfriend has gone I believe twice in the new year. And she said that apparently they are not allowed to physically guide you to the ride anymore. And I was just under the impression that may be a Ride operator was just being rude or something. However, when we went a few weeks ago, she spoke to the people at guest services and I was outside talking with someone else and then she tapped me on the shoulder, and pretty much confirmed that they are not allowed to physically Guide you to the rides. They can verbally do it, but I would rather have a Ride operator actually guide me to the rides of selves. I am thinking this has to do with all the fights that have been happening. I’ve never since she told me that, That pretty much put the nail in the coffin for me. That I am not going to be renewing the pass. And after watching this, I am definitely not renewing it.
Shouldn’t have gone electric with the train. Every battery powered ride I’ve ever seen goes down often due to continual charging issues.
The leader of the 168 Film Festival said that if you work in the industry, always "under promise and over deliver." Sadly, it seems like Knott's over promised and under delivered when it came to the renovation of Camp Snoopy. The rides they do have open look nice nonetheless.
Disney and Knotts are garnering a reputation for opening things unfinished and break promises on new experiences
I want the names of every Cedar Fair employee that allowed this to happen, that way I know who to sue when I take them to court for false advertising! 😡

im glad they at least got a couple rides open but that picnic area looks horrible. and yeah, that turf isnt going to cool anyone's feet with no shade either

Agreed that their “new” restrooms are very nice. Their old ones are the WORST I’ve ever seen. Very dirty. Smells terrible. Vandalism everywhere. And no barriers between urinals. No dude really wants that.
Most definitely, and sadly, continues to be the poor man’s Disney. Everything is simply half assed here. Always.
