Walthers Oil Loading Platforms Assembled the Easy Way - Part 4: Assembling the Small Parts

The Walthers Oil Loading platforms and how to build multiple ones and connect them the easiest way. This is a detailed tutorial on how to assemble multiple kits.
These platforms will be a loose representation of the Calumet Refinery at Princeton, LA.
These are the steps if you are building multiple platforms that will be joined together.
Step 7 - Glue the twelve handles (part 23) to the four distribution pipe extensions (parts 19 and 20).
Step 8 - Glue the twelve pipe unions (part 27) to the distribution pipe extensions (parts 19 and 20).
Step 9 - File approximately 1/32 to 1/16 of an inch of material from the filler pipe ends (part 22) as shown in the video and then glue the filler pipe mounting half (part 21) to the filler pipe (part 22).
Step 10 - If not lighting the platform, glue the light fixture (part 12) to the underside of the support frame(part 11).
