Just followed this guide to replace my Cam sensor connectors, mine also fell apart while I was de-pinning it. Glad to have brand new connectors in there now.
I picked them up from ebay. The listing I bought them from is expired now, but if you type in "s2000 cam sensor connector" there are quite a few to choose from.

We’re you ever able to record the ecu/sensors wiring/instal ?
I recorded the install but the audio got all jacked up for some reason. I'm going to try to salvage it eventually.

Im not sure the honda part number, I dont think you can buy just the connector from honda but I could be wrong

Ksvloom has them too, shipped fast and packaged nicely, worked like a charm when installed
