Would be cool to see a video about tracks, types of dirt, how they make them, how they mantain them, showing all the effort on that side of the hobby, i always wonder how they keep them in shape with all that rain! Cheers Ryan! Great videos and great racing!
In the case of this track, I know the guys that put in the work. They have been working constantly for weeks. This track used to be loamy at best for awhile. They put the work in and is is a pretty consistent surface now.
Great racing and always helpful tips. Only saw one person wearing any PPE when you were racing. We have a duty of care to ourselves and others. Stay safe.
Love your channel. No screaming or yelling just nice calm steady well delived information. I also really like how you explain what you know and fully disclose when your unsure. Learning alot and enjoying your content. Thanks for sharing.
Been watching your Channel for a while now. As a Newbie, your information is totally priceless and I have learnt A LOT from you. Massive Thanks and Stay safe :)
Thanks for the informative shock build trick you use! Great racing with proof that we all are human and can get a little to anxious and zig a little to early or late. I know on camera a mask can muffle your voice but please be a leader and show your love to others by wearing a mask. We love your videos and don't want them to stop because you have Covid 19. Stay safe my brother!
Really really nice to have a Race footage/report in a 20 minutes format. Love your explanations on how the track evolved and how you adapt for the changing conditions. Also nice to know what's going on the rostrum with your POV cam. Very informative! Thank you and keep up the good job!
Charl from George wester cape in South Africa JUST WANT SAY THANK YOU FOR YOUR VIDEOS, RETURNING BACK TO HOBBY AFTER 20 YEARS BUYING TEAM ASSOCIATED RC10B74 ON FRIDAY
I have watched a lot of your video's, you are a really awesome racer and have great sportsmanship. Thank you for sharing your passion for the sport. :)
AE has a really cool cheep plastic tool for that so you don’t have to stick a hard sharp object in the shock body. The tool is awesome and has been around forever.
Track looks awesome! I wish I could’ve been out there but unfortunately had something else come up, but my dad was able to make it out and he loved it. I definitely hope to be there on the 31st for their next night race. Hope to see you there!
My happiness at the amount of videos you are posting at the moment is astounding! Thanks for quality content! I have done my first two races ever these past 2 weeks and I’m absolutely hooked! Thanks to your videos I was really prepared. So thank you dude 🤙🏻
Ryan Harris thanks! Hope you and the wife and dogs are all keeping well. 🤙🏻 can’t wait untill my local carpet track opens at the end of the month. I’m in Scotland which still has relatively strict lockdown in place!
Stage 2 on the 2wd front with pins on the rear settled my car down a heap on our loose clay track in Australia. both SS compound. I found I could go harder in corners without the "hook" as I turned in. Great work as always!
Loved the entry into the 3rd corner on the 2wd main... it almost looked like you meant to do that! :) Glad that another outdoor track as opened/reopened will have to get up there to give it a go :)
Lovin the vids dude. Just snagged some raw speed gear for my 22 5.0 SR. Keep it up man, your one of the guys keeping this hobby relevant.. Much love and respect!!!
Thanks for the vids lately, they have been a breath of fresh air in this crazy time we are in. And just received my fresh set of Raw Speed tires, hope to try them out this weekend.
ONE MASK SIGHTED!!!! There's hope for Florida yet! Hope y'all are staying safe out there, would be a bummer if drivers start getting sick and dropping out of the season.
I live in FL so Ryan is the way i find out about tracks lol. If you just google rc tracks you get a mess, watch ryans youtube and you will find every park and race way in florida
It looks like the sort of track that needs a setup that produces higher side bite, like higher roll centre, shorter rear camber links and higher inside camber links, maybe more toe on rear and more laid down shocks. Looks like the car was over steering on exit, not sure if that's caster or rear shock tower... Or maybe diff oil on rear
I just kind of stumbled onto this channel maybe 6 or so months ago for a tip video on race tires, but it was so good I had to stick around- I don't usually watch that much RC racing, just here and there, but that 2wd race you guys had was awesome, super close, enjoyed watching that a lot. Was super cool to see it from your perspective and hear you guys talking to each other mid race and a little friendly banter afterwards. The video quality and editing is on point as always as well. Really enjoying this channel and watching through some older uploads. You ever thought about making any kind of merch? I'm a graphic designer and also am big on supporting content creators I like-- I would definitely pick up either a cool shirt if it had an interesting concept, or even some kind of RC related merch like maybe a work station / pit mat. I've seen some PC building channels do the work mats and were successful, could definitely apply here-- just like a really big mousepad type material that helps protect your tables at home from getting scratched up, helps keep screws/parts from rolling around too much, makes cleaning up a mess leftover from a dirty car a little easier. Sometimes I like to take stuff apart in the kitchen, instead of the garage, and don't want to scratch up the table. Or maybe a cool vinyl for the underside of a chassis, or something along those lines with some good design work / branding of yours on it... With near 30k subs, I bet there's some others out there too. Maybe you're not there yet, would definitely take some time and effort to get it going, or don't feel like going that direction, but something to think about. Wouldn't mind helping out with the design part if you needed it. Regardless, love the content, keep it up!
Race day vlogs!!!!! More more more!!! Lol really enjoyed it Ryan. You and Kenny... dude... great battle! Just got my hands on a b5m for my heavily budgeted start in buggy racing and a ton of what pushed me to that addiction is you! Still saving pennies to finish it but can’t wait to club race. Keep these race day vids coming man. Great fun to watch!!!
Just about to prep the TC ready for when I can start back indoors in the UK and going to try the tip of greasing the shock o-rings. Keep up the good work Hun.
Interesting approach to building the shocks! I used 110% Racing's RC Sweat on both my buggies' shocks when I built them. No complaints (and no leaks!), but I think I'll try the TDK Repair shock lube next, as I like his approach to using less toxic materials across the line. Although I do tighten down on the cartridge cap during assembly, I do make it a point to put two drops of the shock oil down the body, and coat the shaft threads as well with a few drops before passing them through. I just got a set of 3.0 G3's for my Elite recently, so I think I'll give these techniques a try when I build them up. I got the thin pistons as well after being out of stock for so long, so I'm excited to give those a try as well! Way to compose yourself on the track too! You had plenty of 4-wheel slides in that last main after the rains, haha! Gotta love this Florida weather in the Summer.
I've been watching your channel for a while Ryan but after this video I don't think I can watch anymore. You're a great guy, entertaining and informative about RC but I just can't support someone who doesn't take COVID seriously I know Florida is really laxed about the whole thing but I just can't in good conscious watch someone go to a race with 0 masks or social distancing, especially with Florida having 10k+ new cases daily I wish you luck with everything
Great Racing Ryan!! I love the mixture of your perspective with the Gopro and the awesome camera angles that you are great at!! Fantastic footage man!! Keep up the great work!! 👍👊😉
Assembling shocks: Why not put the piston into the shock body, then assemble the o-rings and spacers onto the piston shaft and then assemble the o-rings/spacers into the shock body. This way the o-rings are under no pressure when they pass over the threads in the piston shaft.
Can you do diy videos on what the different choices in parts will achieve❓ Say for example, tire compounds, tread patterns, shock oil grade, what upgrades as far as batteries can be done, I hear you have to be careful when changing to more powerful batteries. Stuff like that. And show how to do the work involved
I'd love to see you run on a track so loose that the proper tire for it is a Proline Badlands. Part of why I'm not a racer at all is how blurry the line between on-road and off-road gets with some of these hard packed blue-groove surfaces on pretty much every track.....well, that, and there's nobody with a nitro compatible track in my area anyway. Don't care for electric, love the engines. Have an SC10GT that'd do well on a track if I could find one in my area that'd let me run it.
Those tires just seem so un-knobby! Especially for an outdoor dirt track. I'm used to seeing the "pins" at least triple the size of those, about 5-6 pins across the width of the tire. They dig rooster tails into the dirt on hard turns!
Great control you have there.... that’s really fun... how do you clean the car from the dirt/dust? I have buggy car also... i found it’s really hard to clean it after run on dirt track like that
Very cool you went and supported a local track. I can say first hand, people like you help the sport 👍
Sport...🙄
Support?...

Wow, such a cool method of assembling the shock cartridge! I would've never thought of that. Definitely will try that next time I'm building some.
DSaw78 I thought that was a awesome idea as well. Definitely looks like it will make shock assembly way faster and easier.
Would be cool to see a video about tracks, types of dirt, how they make them, how they mantain them, showing all the effort on that side of the hobby, i always wonder how they keep them in shape with all that rain! Cheers Ryan! Great videos and great racing!
Ah man these guys work so HARD to give us racers a place to run. I will try to highlight them a bit in the future!
In the case of this track, I know the guys that put in the work. They have been working constantly for weeks. This track used to be loamy at best for awhile. They put the work in and is is a pretty consistent surface now.
Michael Gordon It looks great, do they put sugar or something on it? I have a small private track and i struggle a bit, it gets loamy very fast.
It's nice to see how smooth you drive and the car reacts after jumps.
Great racing and always helpful tips. Only saw one person wearing any PPE when you were racing. We have a duty of care to ourselves and others. Stay safe.
Whoever edits your videos need a raise. Superb skills and taste 👍

The young marshal totally into it! jumping up and down with their hand's in the head, love it.

Same to you man!
Good to see Newberry back in action
This was a great race day, despite a quick rain shower around 3pm. Really looking forward to the next race on July 31st! Friday Night Lights 😎
Have fun out there man!
lot of people missing you, Ryan. hope you're okay and we see you racing soon, bro!
Nice racing. That track looked great considering it had weeds threw it 2 or 3 weeks ago.

The amount of sportsmanship was awesome, got to say that "5" hook part of the track was really getting to some racers

Love how many vids you’re putting out right now! Keep up the good work!
Great to hear! Doing my best to keep it flowing
This is an example of sportsmanship...great content. That AE.was faster on straights...sure that was fun.
Track looks awesome! I wish I could’ve been out there but unfortunately had something else come up, but my dad was able to make it out and he loved it. I definitely hope to be there on the 31st for their next night race. Hope to see you there!

If you're not first you're last but you still had a blast.
Love this nice dirt track. Here in Germany dirt seems to be exclusively for 1/8, 1/10 is all carpet and astro.
Gotta get that 1/10 dirt some day!
Stage 2 on the 2wd front with pins on the rear settled my car down a heap on our loose clay track in Australia. both SS compound. I found I could go harder in corners without the "hook" as I turned in. Great work as always!
Love the Marshall , straight back on the wheels in the final , nice little flick
Cool video. Your dog is so cool. I love outdoor tracks. I wish Ocala still had one. The track is higher bite after a good rain
You are so polite over this pusher Kenny
Loved the entry into the 3rd corner on the 2wd main... it almost looked like you meant to do that! :)
Glad that another outdoor track as opened/reopened will have to get up there to give it a go :)
haha I definitely freaked out for a sec
Lovin the vids dude. Just snagged some raw speed gear for my 22 5.0 SR. Keep it up man, your one of the guys keeping this hobby relevant.. Much love and respect!!!
Just picked up my first track truck an sc10 pro and I cant wait to learn a bunch of stuff from you ryan, thanks for all the videos!!!
Your one ic the main person that got me into racing been working on a B5M
Thanks for the vids lately, they have been a breath of fresh air in this crazy time we are in. And just received my fresh set of Raw Speed tires, hope to try them out this weekend.

Scared? Lol😢
Tha’ fuuu…? 😕
GREAT RACING GUYS!!

Fantastic racing. Nice to see some decent sportsmanship too. Good job 👏
Very cool 2wd main! Very exiting!
Great marshalling in that 2wd main
lovely looking track and GG on results... Rain! UK gets all that especially on a race day lols
Great racing and wins! Had me on the edge of my seat! I always learn something new with each if your videos. Thanks for sharing!
Great racing love the shock build tip and tire tutorial
Nice! Trying to be helpful as always!

What a great group of guys!!!! Awesome track!!!
That track looks great for 10 Scale!
Right on good video like always brother. I totally enjoy all your videos you’re the one that got me back into RC cars thank you
A lot of good tips, really good video . Enjoyed watching the race

So well produced videos, Ryan!
Loved the format of this video. Amazing as always bro.
Man I miss those days
Loving your films, great content Ryan.
Would love to see you at some dirt tracks in Pennsylvania ..some fast racing down the east coast 🙃
"There's a couple getting it wrong over there....." 🤣🤣🤣
Have you ever looked into Slick Honey? We use it for all our Mtb fox shock rebuilds.
Can you do diy videos on what the different choices in parts will achieve❓

Rad man. Here in sc I run stage 2s and rip tides out doors and they rip 🤘🏾
I miss racing ,my boys (men now) have moved on ,I still watch now and then, can't beat pin tires ,unless is HARD DIRT
Really digging this video format👍
Keep the Vlogs coming! Congratulations on the wins!
Great vid! that 17.5 was a nail biter for a bit!!!
I'd love to see you run on a track so loose that the proper tire for it is a Proline Badlands. Great driving!
Very cool track!
Great video, like seeing these when you go race!
Great video, awesome race footage with epic battles.👍👍👍
You guys should use more aggressive tyres for tracks like that I reckon. Amazing video as usual👍
Yeah buddy! I love the videos and love the Schelle Koozie. I got mine too with my last order.
This is funny I have a local track that is reopening. Strickland RC park. It use to have a dirt track and asphalt track.
Hell of a 2wd race!!!! #Radars #RawSpeed!!!!
Nice to see that nobody is perfect. This was cool to watch. Thank you. I think you were a bit hard on Kenny...:-)
Enjoy every video you put out!!! But does anyone know where he gets his stickers made ? They look so amazing!!
Hi Ryan, how did you get these racing footage while standing on the stage? A gopro mounted on your hat or just someone else recorded for you.
Looking forward for the set-up.
You have only one A main run?
Those tires just seem so un-knobby! Especially for an outdoor dirt track. I'm used to seeing the "pins" at least triple the size of those, about 5-6 pins across the width of the tire. They dig rooster tails into the dirt on hard turns!
The loam was fairly light, so no need for anything crazy.
Great control you have there.... that’s really fun... how do you clean the car from the dirt/dust? I have buggy car also... i found it’s really hard to clean it after run on dirt track like that
You make me smart, best regards from Indonesia
The orange car was faster but you drove smarter, when you let him buy was a smart move then he wrecked and you cruised to the win.
Another good vid mate! Keep them coming!👍
I HAD MY BUTT CLINCHED THE WHOLE TIME LOL! NICE RACE.
Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
You are not safe,
Ryan is coming for you.
Way to send it Ryan!
bull terriers are great dogs such lovely sweet affectionate ball of muscle.
Nice run in 17.5, side question; how did you get your i charger looking so sweet??
Can you put a head holding gyro in and race I noticed a bunch of cars were constantly steering left and right.
8:08 broke that dudes car lmfaoooo
What do they use to keep weeds from growing on the track ??
That was a hell of a main in the 2wd but u blew them away in the 4wd
