Such a great informative and comforting video! I'm sure this is what many needed to hear.

It's interesting you said the food gets boring really quickly because I've heard that UCLA has some of the best food in terms of university. How would you rank the food quality at UCLA overall?

The food is generally pretty good for dorm food. And there are some places that are better than others. The thing is, if you eat the same thing 4/7 days a week, you will get tired of it no matter how good it is.

Hi. I live in the Pioneer Valley. I started a little differently, I went to Holyoke Community College and stayed at Elms College. Great schools. I was homesick at times, I missed my grandma(maternal) and her home cooking and the laundry (ease of doing). The easier parts were talking on the phone, being less than an hour away. Holidays. I usually had the dorm room to myself. Great food at both schools. Very positive experiences in both schools, I would later transfer to Elms College. I would do it again!

As an out of state student, definitely thanksgiving is such a sad time because most students would go home. Usually myself and other out of state and international students would hang out during the thanksgiving break which was nice, but still sad seeing everyone with their families on social media 😭 100% agree about missing pets though!!
