Hello, I have a C2 Corvette and it's stuck in gear as your video shows. Could I use the same technic to unstuck my gear on my C2? Thank you, sir!

Sorry - wish i could give you an educated answer on this. The Muncie 4 speeds are notorious for this. The C2 has actuators so it is a little different. You may want to check out the posts here. They had a similar issue as yours:

I had the same problem with my 68 camaro with an m20. It happens every once in a while when Im getting on it. I replaced the hurst shift mechanism with new rods and upgraded tool steel bushings. I thought that should fix it, but no. The problem ultimately was the side cover that has the key lugs that the rods attach to. I was tired of burning the shit out of my hands and wrist on the side of the road, so I finally went to a trans guy.

I meant a transmission shop. Not a "trans" guy.

I would check the bushings in your linkages. You should not have any play. They are very temperamental. You might also want to check the linkage lengths to make sure they are adjusted properly. You would need to have someone shift while you are looking at the linkages underneath. When they put it in neutral your links should all be lining up and not be too far back. Otherwise, I'm afraid you'd have to open your cover and see what's going on.

@@revivingretro thanks Man for reply !!! I pull the transmisión.. off a d check it out the car i it works good but its sometimes shiftin fast gets stuck i was thinking to change to a hurst because its seems the problem is the shifter... is exactly the same issue as the video inside its Good i dont understand 😅

@@murmullosBOMBUSKLAP Yes - unfortunately with this Muncie - it's not unusual for it to get stuck when shifting fast ("banging gears") - many people do the switch to the Hurst as you are thinking - or be more careful and shift slower ;) - best of luck to you! :)
