The current Fremantle & Sony Pictures Television logos would come after that if The Joker's Wild from 1990 follow the Orbis Communications logo if it would air on Buzzr.
You're absolutely right, Paul! My younger sister and I would watch three-hour blocks of syndicated game shows on both the USA Network and the Family Channel (now known as Freeform) all afternoon long during our summer vacations home from school! And then the game show block on USA would segue into "USA Cartoon Express" just prior to dinnertime! In the immortal words of Archie and Edith, those were the days!

This theme is different, but I liked this new musicalized version. At least this was different from that tacky theme Henry Mancini did for the disappointing "Tic Tac Dough 90" series. This did not have a feel for competing on a game show. Instead, it resembled a theme for a Saturday morning cartoon show set in a fairy tale land where a great princess lives.
That joker is creepy to me and really creeped me out when I'd have trouble sleeping and was up at like 2 in the morning and came across this. This joker made Jack Barry's devil seem almost like a safe zone LOL
From the ABC studios in New York City, welcome to the game where knowledge is king and lady luck is queen, it's the Joker's Wild! And now, here's our host, Kevin Harlan!
The original Joker's Wild was simply a quiz show where they play six categories and the set resembling a one armed bandit. All the categories were $50. Two categories and a joker was worth $100. Two jokers and and a categories are worth $200. A natural triple (three of the same category) waa worth $300. The first contestant to reach $500 won the game and got the chance to face the devil. A contestant spins to reach $1,000 without seeing the devil won prizes. One more thing: if a contestant got three jokers and answered correctly he (she) won the game.
Even though it is entirely repetitive, it was still a great theme song for the 90 version. It's very catchy.
Ed MacKay: "The Joker's Wild... is a Kline & Friends production! In association with Jack Barry Productions!" (cue Orbis "space" logo)
Such an under appreciated theme song. Still one of my favorites.
Welcome back to the game where knowledge is king and lady luck is queen. It's the return of The Joker's Wild! And now, here's your host, Pat Finn!
I believe that saying, was in Jack Barry's version, when Charlie O'Donnell said it.
Now I'm trying to read that in Ed MacKay's voice...

I believe this game show, was on USA Network, after I got home, from a day in high school.

Join us once again, for the return of "The Joker's Wild"!
This is my version of The Joker's Wild and Pat Finn was great.

I’m sorry that your music was never preserved in a proper mp3 manner. Shame on the producers. I love this music!
I hum this theme song going down the road in my rig. Once it's in your head, it is stuck there LOL. Great job on that theme.
YOU wrote the 90s Joker theme?!! This is GREAT!
I liked this theme as a little boy.
How long did it take to write this theme?
I recently read that the 90's Joker was supposed to look like Jack Barry. I'm sorry, I don't think so...
...but I'm glad to see The Joker!
That Joker was dedicated to Jack Barry.
@@binhkhoiluuuc1718 ...as they both (the original and 90s) should be. It doesn't look like Barry to me.
If you put a photo of Jack Barry next to that joker you'll see some similarities.

That's Jack Barry as a Joker.

Jack Barry and Bill Cullen hosted that show, before Pat Finn.
And Snoop Dog hosted after Pat Finn
Jim Peck filled in a few times for Jack & Bill also and Allen Ludden hosted at least 2 unaired pilots.
The Joker's Wild is a Jack Barry Production.
Fremantle & Sony Pictures Television now owns the rights to the 1990 version of The Joker's Wild.

That was at the end, of the show, on Pat Finn's version.
The show should have stayed on the air
That Joker is different, than the original Joker. The original Joker, flips upside-down. If I do that, I would injure myself.
And on Snoop Dogg's version it's Snoop dressed as a joker.
@@cutemimi25 Snoop's Joker makes you wanna... *_SMOKE WEED EVERYDAY!_*
I remember the flipped joker from the original "Joker's Wild".
I remember that flipped Joker, when Jack Berry hosted "The Joker's Wild" in 1972.
And also Bill Cullen's version
New update to this soon, Smash?
What happened to the clear commercial cue I heard back in '06?
Does the Joker look like Jack Barry to you
I can close my eyes for a minute or two and picture Alfonso "Carlton" Ribiero shaking his tail feather to this theme song!
