As far as political humor goes, it’s alright, but “The Rock Obama” is such a top tier pun that it doesn’t matter.
It's sad that this pun was so funny and that having The Rock is cool and yet the sketch as a whole is so flat. Oh well. At least, the pun.
Yeah, Rock was great but it's like they forgot to add some jokes to fill it out.
Definitely a top tier pun

@@libertyordeath3362 hi! i am still paying 4 dollars for gas. @Jorge Mendez ... Come back when you can make a coherent sentence, please.
@Jorge Mendez Homosexual isn't an insult, and Trump shows no evidence of liking men. However, he is a moron who has sat there and done nothing overall in office for his country. He has only focused on passing bills that will benefit him and his shareholders.
@Jorge Mendez If you are referring to Obama, however, he is also not homosexual. This was made as a playful jab at his stoic personality and desire to compromise and listen to every side. It was a flattering skit, so no, I'm not about to encourage this kind of transformation, but I do think it is humorous and reminds me why I loved having him as a president.

The Rock looks good with Barack's hair.
There was a really sweet story that came out right after he was first elected. A Secret Service Agent who worked with Pres.Obama's personal detail was retiring, and as is customary, the President met with the guy and his family. The man's grandson had been psyched for weeks bc he was going to get to meet the President in person, and he had asked his barber to give him a hair cut that was the same style as Obama's. He wanted to make sure that the barber had given him the same cut,so he asked to touch Obama's hair...there's a WH pic of Obama taking a knee so the little guy could touch his hair. When he knelt, the boy hesitated, and Obama told him "C'mon, dude, touch it",lol. That 'servant of the people ' attitude was one kept by a great many of the Founding Fathers that gained the presidency...for a long time, if you were a citizen that had a grievance or concern, you quite literally could hand the petition to redress to the president yourself. Obviously with today's security concerns, such a thing would would be unimaginable, but I loved what little return to it we *could* achieve.
And ears
No way man
He kind of sported a flat top/afro back in his early wrestling days
I look like the rock, with barracks hair. 😉 wassup?
we had a very different impression of John McCain back then didn't we?
he was a national hero inside and out. it's a shame so many of us on this side of the political spectrum only understood that after he died.
this man literally saved Obamacare by voting against the repeal in a Republican-majority Senate. a proposition made by his own opponent from a decade ago. just because he knew it was what the american people needed.
during his run in 2008, he fought back against racist and hyperconservative/far-right Republican voters at his campaigns who said Obama was a terrorist, 'muzlum', etc. by telling them himself what a good man he knew Obama to be. that decision almost certainly cost him votes, but he still said it because it was just the truth. it didn't matter to him if he won or lost, it mattered that america won in the end.
Rest in Power, John McCain. the last Republican hero.
I voted for him in the GOP primaries in 2000 and I have to say that he did change after Bush got elected. He definitely shifted to the right then and it lasted until Trump got elected. Thankfully he remembered his independent streak then and didn't join the rest of the republican party in putting party before country.
He was an interesting man. Fiercely patriotic, yes, but not always the independent minded statesman that he will be remembered as. He could be very partisan at times.
Yep, that thumbs down required the massive balls of steel of someone who stands by his ethics and moral codes, always.
I miss him.
Oh NOW you like him. He did it out of spite because Trump bashed him just like all you piece of shit dems did. Honestly, fuck Obama, Trump and McCain (Bush, Biden and Clinton too) they are all war mongers. Keep in mind, McCain openly opposed Obamacare then voted against his constituents.
