This kind of in depth technical instruction is immensely helpful for me. Really appreciate watching this level of coaching. More of the same, please and thank you!
This was such a helpful video. I tried warming up/activating my scapula this morning, pressing up while facing down on an incline bench the way Ben had Dorian do it. And just like Dorian, it was painful and awkward to do it. Then I went and did the stretch external rotation cable files from the beginning of the video, after 4 sets, tried the incline press up again, and everything moved smoothly. The entire workout felt like my shoulders were naturally 'pressed back', just felt straighter, and was so loose pressing with no discomfort. This was a great warmup/activation. So far I've only done it once, but the way I felt, I think I will start every workout like that, no matter what I'm working on. Thanks again.

Biggest guy in my gym has a chest was big it looks fake especially the upper chest. All he does is different variations of cable flies and machine flies and machine pressing. Simple but it works for him.

Ben might have one of the biggest calves on earth as far as we know him back in his peak performance, but damn you Dorian at *17:35** min* .... those calves are no joke either, holysh!tttt... Nice video guys, very enjoyable and useful!!

Ok so if ur a big guy and retract your shoulders your get discomfort in shoulders ? We have always been taught not to press at arms at 90 degree as it hurts shoulder and you get injured .. but it looks more like he sort of roasts the arms open up chest and thoracic spine more and won’t affect shoulders as much im I rigggt ?
Ben, one of your videos stated about driving your pecs on different levels. So, I started my pec workout on low incline and gradually increase level on the bench. Am I doing it right?
I'm definitely going to have to try that fly movement.just that little twist on it or that little tweak of the movement it looks like it literally is 5 times harder.. I'm getting older so I'm definitely game to get more out of less weight if possible. Plus my left rotator cuff surgery it's always a constant aggravation. And then the surgery and pinched a nerve. And I have atrophy and it pisses me off. Anybody in the comment section know how to fix that besides another damn surgery. Also note back fusions and ACL MCL shrapnel in my lower back legs blah blah blah and for some reason for the last couple years everybody's like man look how small Ben got. I guess standing on his own from where you used to be sure but now he's standing next to Dorian . Not looking small. I mean s*** dorian's not exactly a small guy.

if a muscle gets fully contracted and stimulated close to failure, how does the muscle know wither said exercise is a "mass builder'' exercise or not.. isn't it just going to respond and grow based on the stimulus it was provided.. your nutrition, recovery, and anabaolic capacity will determine wither a stimulated muscle grows in size or not , not a specific exercise itself
Ability to add load. Fly (weaker range) vs mid range (strongest) pressing movements taken to failure. Much greater capacity to add load in mid range, thus build mass if all other variables optimized.
How to build a perfect chest? Start by picking your parents. To be perfect you have to have perfect genetics. And I tell you what, you don't get a body like that unless you are in a ton of gear.
To each their own. I look at the positive and choose to focus on solutions vs excuses. Your right no such thing as perfect however I am always striving to be or have the best version of myself.
Ben is the most knowledgeable guy in Bodybuilding training hands down .

Make sure to start with Vert light wieght as your body is likely not familiar with this range.
