I've done a 28 day water fasting and a 10 day dry fasting and multiple shorter terms fasts. Great rejuvenating experience but sadly a great muscle mass loss experience. Will continue this practice however.

I think "paganism", doesn't matter which version of it, has the best rituals and customs and is closest to nature. All monotheistic religions of today come from them, including all the Abrahamic religions.
