Okay so today is day 1 trying this workouts , I’ve been following part one of the workout and it helped a lot now I’m going to start with this today and update you all !!
Doing this for 2 weeks for slim thighs.(I started last Thursday but came up with the idea today!) Day1:✅This thing BURNS but that means it’s good! Day2:✅legs still shaking, but I’m goin!❤ Day3:✅ Day4:✅ow! I’ll keep going! Day5:✅it still burns But I’m starting to see results! Calves are a bit slimmer and my thighs are getting better! ❤️ Day6:✅ It’s getting easier and it feels really good to do this workout! ❤️ Day7:✅ 😅 I’m panting haha! But done! Day8:✅ oh my gosh phew! 😅 done! Day9: ✅Oh my gosh guys…my thighs have made improvement! I’m gonna keep going, but I’m so proud of myself for doing this! 💖 I’ll probably do this for 3 weeks but who knows. Day10:✅ done Day11:✅ did it in sweatpants so OW- Day12: Day13: Day14: Results: ( if I am not happy with my results, I will do this for another 7 days.)

Tip if you struggle with balance bring a chair with you and grab the back of it for stability like in barre workouts. Also her other workout that’s for thighs and calf’s is a good starting point for beginners :)!

@@ナオヤ-f6p thank u for suggesting that but I am already under prescribed physiotherapy and yet i find these model workouts incredibly helpful giving faster recovery quite surprisingly, not full recovery cause it's our body it needs time to heal in its own way. Models do a lot of spot training which are very helpful , they wear high heels and walk shows and runways , I was hoping maybe from that experience she could help me
That depends a little more on your diet and how your body fat is distributed, but if you don't feel comfortable you can still try other workouts for thighs that don't include squats. I'm not Nina, but I hope I helped you! :)
Don’t worry about that; squats won’t make your thighs bigger, they will make them slimmer and stronger but only if you make sure to cut back on high protein and sugary/fatty foods. Try having smaller portions or sugary/fatty foods and have a little protein but not a lot as protein will be a key ingredient in bulking up muscles. (My older brother gains muscle and drinks protein shakes all the time) try eating larger portions of veggies and fruits! You got this! I’ve been doing this workout for a bit of time now and my thighs are not bulking up, they’re slimming down. Hope this helped!
