@@AlexandraAndersson Your recipes are incomplete. Is that red cabbage? Parsley? Coriander?? You don't tell us the recipes but expect us to fork out a huge amount of money for your recipe app??? You fraud.
I am now 63 years old and wishing I knew about this years ago. Have gone through some tough times with my health. So many years I thought I was eating healthy. But I think I'm getting the hang of this Whole Food Plant Based Diet. Really enjoying it and feeling so much better ... and watching you make this, makes me hungry. That means a TU and a subscription!
@scarlett H I get what your saying, but yes sometimes it is too late! If I had know this I would not have gone through the crap I went through. Plus some of my friends now are sick and or dead because they never got the chance to find this info.

I'm 61 yo and if I ate these (delicious) meals I'd swell up like a hog. Unless I ate very small portions, but then they sure wouldn't hold me "until lunch". Sigh.
@@liamtaylor4955 When I was sick with many digestion issues I was hardly eating and still gaining weight. And just plain afraid to leave the house. My comment was more geared to how delicious and healthy. I don't eat 5 meals a day anymore. Number 1 I'm retired and don't work my but off everyday like I use to, so I don't need the calories. Number 2 as you get old your metabolism slows down another reason why you don't need to eat 5 meals a day. I might have 2 or 3 but eating plant-base I can eat to satisfaction so I'm not starving my self! The results are amazing I loss the weight, and off all my drugs for my digestions issues and drugs for high cholesterol, thereby avoiding what a lot of my friends are going through now, like a triple heart bypass surgery.
This diet is not healthy. A primal diet consisting of mostly raw animal products is optimal for health.
I'm not a vegan but at 65 I saw that I was headed to being one of those watermelon belly guys so fast that I started wearing loose shirts to hide my embarrassment. So finally I started eating healthy fruits and veggies every day for be the first time in my life and my stomach's gone down lots and I plan to keep it up.

If you cooked the vegetables before adding the curry powder and adding water you would get much more flavor !

I like having a set of tried and true meals. When the day is stressful and you just need to eat it’s good to have a meal that you don’t have to think about to make. I also like to throw out convention and eat dinner for breakfast when I have leftovers.

Remove processed foods.. Use whole grains like brown rice, fruits instead of sugar etc

Its important tout rinse the lentils before cooking them there is a sort of soap to rinse off
If you don't like a lot of coconut milk like me, you can replace 3/4 s of the can with plant milk
