Thanks for the tip about the body cutting the tires, thats an easy fix guys. Cut a slice into some nitro fuel tubing and adhere it to the wheel wells so it eliminates the sharp edges. Use a flexible glue like the kind for shoe repair. Cheers! Excited for spring to race the Senton and have all winter to tinker with it!

I have two, red and blue. Changed steering servo to power hobby 729. Cut one tire but glued it. Lots of fun.
Senton tires are also very soft,they wear down really fast,im gonna look into those trenchers👌👍👍💪
This was helpful. My Senton BLX tires wear out fast and sometimes just come apart. I thought it was my driving.
I put the Arrma Granite tires on mine. I had to trim the body a bit but what a difference. You should try that.

Proline makes some solid RC tires, great upgrade!
I had one stock tire tear twice. Super glued it and good so far! They seem to just rip randomly.. not so much from rough driving.

I was trying to mount some sr racing sct wheels and tires on my senton, but then I accidentally broke one of the arrma 12mm hex’s 😂🤣 also amber has some serious skills 👍🏁

Got mine used because of the tires. Put rims in hot water and dismounted them and put on mud terrain T/As.

Best upgrade, thats hard to say in one run. Do some high speed runs with them. I think proline are to expensive and not that good at all, recently blew some maxx tires within 3min on my kraton. Also hear complaints about those new hexes, and yes you can upgrade them, but who wants to pay 200+ for a set of tires? I have gotten louise st tires, no problems so far. Cheaper and better, only downsize is that there heavy in weight.

Awesome video guys, looks like a fun track, youll notice a big difference on pavement and grass, also you could check out the proline badlands sc tires as well, i notice a night and day difference on all surfaces and much more durable

All the awesome places to run/race rc cars have freaking bicycles riding around on them. (Like all the great places to fly always have soccer or golfers on em.) Soccer, lacrosse, nor golf is a sport nor hobby!
I am on second typhon 6s v5, they just fall apart, well they dont hold up to the spankin I give em, motor bearings fail alooootttttt, diffs blew up on first one, second one came with dry diffs, all I do is run on my buddy's track granted I toss in the battery and go wfo but it's a 500 rtr it should in my opinion n, but horizon has been great on customer service, well I been waiting 3weeks for a pinion but other than that pretty good
I have to disagree with the trenchers being the best upgrade. My personal opinion the proline shocks are the best upgrade with 70wt oil. Makes my senton handle like a dream and can take any sort of jump.
Where is the best place to purchase T-BONE Racing Products?
Pity the prolines are such an expensive upgrade for us here in NZ unfortunately not really worth it. Still unsure of the Senton as I have the Big Rock and Vorteks and don't want a Typhon. I do love the Arrma 3s line though it rules. Thanks guys.

Any is good for bashing, but if racing check your local track to see what is allowed for the class you may be interested in.

I think it’s the body, I have the typhon body on the sentin with a faster motor, they’ve never torn, there bald lol, but still going,
Iv had one for several months and I have blown out several sets of tires with and without the body the tires I tried from traxis also blew out altho it has the performance it's a beast durability arrma Senton is garbage the motor has locked up it has burned out 2 steering servos striped the spur gear due to a opening on the bottom of the gearbox and breaking the steering linkages due to debris getting under the servo and jamming it up can't run 1 race without something breaking im not impressed I have antique RC cars that don't have this much failure

@@j.z7115 I personally would get the big rock because I think it is better for an rtr car mainly because the senton tires cut on the body because they are bad but go with whatever style you like more. I have a senton and it is amazing just the wheels suck
