    Hi Sujit. Tq for the wonderful lessons. Have been practising mudras for many years.
    Now am having the problem that when I practice it, I feel pain in my fingers, palms and wrists. Keeps varying. Think it is my nerves.
    Can you kindly help me with a mudra for this problem.

      Atmanjali is a free mudra.. do it as long as you feel a sense of warmth and gratitutde, opens the heart chakra
