      Prana force is related to air element. But prana mudra comprises of earth water and fire element. How is it related to prana force?
      Sir this is one of the theoritical doubts I have regarding pancha vayus and panchabhutas

    What is the best way, to pactice: one mudra and only one for a longer period or to practice two or three every day alternatly - if of you have more than one health problem, for example belly fat and high blod pressure?

      If you have multiple issue then prioritize on which you want to work first , or you can prepare a weekly schedule for practicing multiple mudras, in case of mudra you can apply 2 mudras at the same time , but make sure the applied mudras are not antagonist.

      Mudra takes 30- 45 days to show effects
      Pran mudra can be done life long , since it improves lung capacity & immunity also it does not have any side effect. You can discontinue it if the problem is cured.

      Thank you so much, it will not immediately increase the heat in the body. But if your body type pitta, ie fire dominated then practice for limited time, but it is safe, you can practice, chk if u feel heat in the body then discontinue or reduce the timings

      Women during their pregnancy or new mothers should avoid practicing Pran Mudra as it increases the heat in the body.
      But in normal case it will not increase to much heat . Increase if you feel any issue then you can stop practicing it

      Yes - that is the experience here too, because prana mudra is 'hex' is about 'charge-compression' and stabilisation - great for grounding, however, it does such a good job of stirring and storing energy that plasma gets stuck in head if done too long, to release that head pressure use shunya mudra or gyan mudra which are both 'pent' (as opposed to 'hex') for charge-radiance' (release) - as opposed to charge-compression. Prana mudra is unrivalled when it comes to being/feeling grounded, is the best.
