I don't think it's related to Kalashnikov since this was made starting 2012. According to Deli himself, it was inspired by classical chinese literature "Journey to the West"
The future is roadable Blade Runner style real flying cars, with no unfolding wings and no exposed rotors. These are now possible, and we are developing the first one of its kind, called Sky Chaser. It looks like a Can-AM race car and has 4 wheels, enabling it to drive on roads. It can fly both vertically like a drone and horizontally like a plane by tilting it 2 front electric motors. In addition it is amphibian. It has no unfolding wings or exposed rotors and uses its body as a wing. It will have hydrogen fuel cells powered by hydrogen, giving it hours of range. @@alanzeekk Deli Zhao flew his Drone in Demonstration 2018 according to Google & Internet, He was working on it but having issues, until 2018.. 2014 Ehang 184 Single Person Drone was being flown, It had a capsule surrounding Pilot, so different design but a Large Factory Building them, & Displaying them @ CES USA before not much happening with it, however I think there was a 2009 Electric Aircraft called GW280 as well.. So to some up, 2018 was when this drone functioned enough to demonstrate it .. I am NOT trying to belittle Deli Zhao making his own Ride-able Drone, lot of work, but parts were about, but probably not cheap & being a Garage Man, he made his own..

He probably meant Chinese RMB.
there are a couple factor:
- the unit is in CNY not USD
- this was in 2014, no ESC or motor of this size was available, all need to be custom made
