quick question, what if you're working with a curved green-screen, and you aren't able to crop the sides without cutting a limb or section of a head off (remove non green-screen sections)?
You could do 'roto-scoping' to remove the background. This is a more advanced technique done with After Effects. You can cut out any object, moving or not, from the background.

I recorded the video with Quicktime Player, straight into my computer using my webcam and the mic plugged into the Zoom - so it was already synced. If I shot this with a different camera, then yes I would have to sync it in PP.
