You don’t have to edit each frame individually or re import them or even nest them, if you select all your frames then right click ‘speed and duration’ or cmd + R you can set the the speed to 1 frame (or what ever frame rate you want) and check ripple edit,.... and it will automatically delete gaps between your frames
Thanks for this! It worked for me. Make sure "Ripple Edit / Shifting Trailing Clips" is checked as mentioned. I didn't have this clicked at first and wasn't sure why it wasn't working
This was really helpful! Thank you for posting!
Mate, this was everything anyone could want for making stop motion. Great video, thank you.
3:45 you can nest all the images and edit it as a single clip, or create an adjustment layer with the transform effect, to apply it to everything below it. But select all>right click>nest would be better
3:50 that saved my life i love you SOO MUCH DUDE THANK YOU
SUPER helpful, thank you!! I love videos that are simple and to the point

Great tutorial! It's perfect. Short and sweet but with all the info I need! I shall now browse through your other videos :D
Lovely - nice and clear!
Short and covered the few basics that we really needed to know clearly.
Also, this was the first time I've seen anyone show a simple and practical use of nesting.
What was missing: getting the frame-to-frame motion right in stop-motion is difficult for beginners. For instance, the acceleration when an object begins to move. It would have been interesting to see you split the nest and use the time control on the splits of the nested sequence to do fractional speedup with frame interpolation.
Definitely a very helpful video, thank you for sharing!

Thank you so much for creating this video. You explain things quite nicely. I have created a short clip in Premier Pro CC the most recent release and it plays fine in PP but nowhere else. I keep getting an error video codec not supported. I wish I knew how to fix it.
that was great! thank you
Very helpful video 👌🏾
VERY helpful. Thank you so much!!!!
For easy time changes, I just create a new sequence and import the original into that one, then you can speed/slow the sequence like a normal video file, kind of like pre-composing in AE. Great video! Thanks for the help! :)
Very helpful thanks!
There were a good few tricks you showed here. Thanks!
thank you bro for your effective tutorial
Very helpful, thank you a lot.
so helpful!!
Thank you so much! Your video was a life-saver! I resized 1 photo on my timeline and I thought I had to individually go resize all of my other 100 photos (just saying). Thanks for teaching that neat trick to apply resize on all photos, cheers!
Thanks bro its very helpful!!

You earned a subscriber dude👌
Thank you very much Sir.
THANKS A LOT!
Thanks a lot!!!!
This is way more helpful than my college teacher. Very cool.
Thanks!
Great video! I think it is easier tho to create a subsequence and then just change the speed with the "time" settings
Thanks for the tip. But how do I blend a stop motion and a 60 fps video together in a 24fps timeline
Thank you
I'm new to stop frame animation,,,I have so much to learn ,,, could sure use some advice ...
THX Bro
Thanks, Phil. I'm really happy to know I can do stop motion with Premiere! Your explanation was thorough and easy to follow!
Have you made any stop motion animations before?
Does this app work with acer chrome book?
that really helps
you're my savior
Why does your playback window have those 2 rectangle outlines in it? My work space doesn't show that, and I'm wondering if it's something I should have,
Thanks a lot 💕
You're welcome 😊
Thanks
Omg
I thank you so much
like like like! Thank you thank you thankyouuuu!
I am wanting to recreate a scene from a TV show and sync the stop motion to the audio from the scene. What would be the best way to take the pictures and keep them the same as the show, then sync them in premiere pro?
be blessed sir..make some sound videos for stop motion..love from pakistan
how do you get the frame rate to exactly 15 fps, i've calculate 0.06666667 second in a frame but i cant convert it into the video duration for each frame?
create a 30 FPS sequence, and set each photo to 2 frames, and you're good to go
Can you do the same with sprites
My program gets so laggy to the point where I can’t even move my mouse after I imported all my frames for my animation. I also have a hard time watching my sequence because the view lags, even with the brackets. Does nesting parts of the sequence that will be repeated, a way of making the computer faster or is that just for manipulation?
Midnight GA down the quality, put it to 1/2 or even 1/4
That is only for viewing so when you export it it will be full qulaith
Jose Luis i did 1/4 it still lags a lot 💀
Thaaaaankyou for thiiiiis
Where do I find preferences in Window's?
Why don't you import the images as a sequence? Is there any difference to import the images and making a sequence in the timeline?
and what about the audio effects?? how do you add the sound effects?
Great video, but why not optica flow?
How to save the animation
How do I export it so I can see it on my phone for some reason i cant
I want 24 fps, how would I do that
