Back when Obama won in 2008, and a few months went by and people began to react to it in anger saying things like, "I want my country back!" I really thought the President was set for an assassination . No way he could get out of it but somehow he's still in one piece. I guess the secret service is doing a hell of a job!

There’s a lot more to a presidency than just their political achievements while in office. Character and decency plays an important role too. This is something Trump could never have, in which his demeanor is mirrored back by his supporters. People that are fueled by hate, ego, and entitlement. Obama is such a charismatic, genuine, and down to earth guy, which is why he is loved by so many in the US and in many other parts of the world. He’s far from perfect but at least he’s a decent human being.

The people he met that day were awe struck and humbled -- they could hardly believe that the president of the United States is as much a regular guy as any friendly gentleman they know in their neighborhood. You can see in all their faces that it was an encounter they will never forget and forever cherish the memory of it.

For The Record: Hillary was not the same. A vote for her was not like voting for Pres. Obama. Why did she less votes than ever her husband's victories in '92 & '96? Don't understand why Biden didn't go for it in '16. Guess the party felt obligated to go all in for Hillary given '08. Frankly, had Pres. Obama run in '16 he would've won. No doubt. Hillary just didn't hit the sweet spot with voters in Ohio, Pennsylvania, & Florida. Any 2 of 3 would've won it. The party owed Vice Pres. Gore the nomination. Respect him. Like Pres. Nicon in '60, had a case but chose not to drag out battle into February. Walked away with class. If a woman will be President, she'll rise from the GOP.
