One question please. When you say linalool 800 Rosemary 30 you mean on a scale of 1000? As 0.800 linalool and 0.030 Rosemary?just to clear any doubts please:)
Yes and no. Think of the number as simple "parts". Sometimes I'll see formulas that don't add up to 100, 1000, or 10000. Sometimes they stop at 9700 or 12250. So Linalool 800 simply means 800 parts Linalool. Rosemary 30 is 30 parts Rosemary.
The % concentration of Linalool and Rosemary would depend on the total parts in the formula. e.g. if Linalool and Rosemary were 100% of the formula, then Linalool would be 96.4% of our formula, and Rosemary would be 3.6%. But if our total parts were 10000, then Linalool would be 8% of the formula, and Rosemary would be 0.3%.
In short, it all depends on the total parts in the formula.

Correct. If I were to make this again, I wouldn’t add Vertofix. Check out the formula in the linked patent.
When making perfume does it matter what u add first or last? or do u not have to care about the order of putting oils?
I don't believe it matters very much. However, an experienced perfumer (or chemist) may disagree.
